  • Das Team integriert neue Applikationen in eine Cloud-Umgebung, richtet Open Shift und Build-Pipelines in einer modernen Cloud Infrastruktur ein und kümmert sich um die laufende Wartung, Monitoring und Migration von bestehenden Anwendungen Schritt für Schritt in die Cloud.
  • Applikationen, die bereits auf Open Shift laufen, werden auf den neuen Standard gebracht.
  • Klassische Server-Anwendungen stellen wir auf eine zukunftssichere Cloud-Infrastruktur um, um sie optimal und zukunftsorientiert einzubinden.
  • Verwaltung der Systeminfrastruktur, einschließlich Datenbanken, Firewalls und Software
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Softwareproblemen, Organisieren und Überprüfung der System-Backups
  • Regelmäßige Aktualisierungen der installierten Software und Betriebssystem in Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklerteam
  • Umsetzung des Themenclusters: DevSecOps, CI/CD, Microservices, Cloud, Container

Was zeichnet dich aus?

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und/oder fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Linux-Umfeld
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Betriebsführung von Linux-Serversystemen (bevorzugt RHEL)
  • Scripting-Kenntnisse wie PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.
  • Erfahrung mit Provisionierungs-Tools wie Ansible
  • Erfarhung mit Tomcat in Betrieb und Deployment sowie PostgreSQL / MS SQL-Server Anbindungen
  • Erfahrung mit Active Directory/LDAP Anbindung, Virtualisierung
  • Proaktive und einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Interesse, technische Projekte zu gestalten und zu implementieren
  • Selbstsichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift; hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Das zu erwartende Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt zwischen EUR 51.358,86 und EUR 75.0000. Je nach Qualifikation kann dein Gehalt auch eine zusätzliche variable Komponente enthalten. Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und Ausbildung machen wir dir ein passendes Angebot. Dabei orientieren wir uns an aktuellen Marktgehältern.

Your role — Lead and evolve our DevOps infrastructure

  • Spearhead the migration of our current VM stack to containerized & orchestrated environments using technologies like Podman, Elastic and Kubernetes.
  • Design, implement, and manage automation processes for our infrastructure to boost efficiency and reliability (GitOps).
  • Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, reliability, and security issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment of applications.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Train the team around DevOps practices and methodology.

What you bring — Your profile

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (Debian flavors preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Podman and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes in an high-availability environment.
  • Experience with on-prem infrastructure and self-managed k8s clusters.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a willingness to learn and document new knowledge and skills within Confluence.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.

As a Development Project Manager, you will be at the centre of our software product organisation. Working closely with Product Management, Product Owners and multiple development teams, you will steer product releases from planning to delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, drives topics proactively and can confidently collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Tasks

  • Drive the successful delivery of software product releases within agreed timelines, budgets and quality targets
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Requirements Engineering and Product Owners to turn business goals into product outcomes
  • Coordinate multiple development teams and support them throughout the release lifecycle
  • Lead and facilitate activities related to Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance, including vulnerability management and risk analysis initiatives
  • Continuously monitor product progress, performance indicators and release readiness
  • Communicate project status, achievements and key metrics to internal stakeholders and management
  • Drive continuous improvements within the Agile Release Train, including processes, collaboration and product increment delivery
  • Support the evolution of product analytics and reporting capabilities to enable more data-driven decisions

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT Security or a related technical discipline
  • Solid understanding of modern software development environments (e.g. Java or Kotlin)
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Understanding of software dependency management, version control, and related tools (e.g. Git, Maven)
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • A structured, self-driven working style combined with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, personalities, and teams
  • Ability to break down complex topics, communicate them clearly, and drive them to completion
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)

Nice to Have

  • Several years of experience in software development, product ownership, or a similar technical role
  • Knowledge of modern software architectures, including microservices, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems
  • Interest in or exposure to software security topics, particularly vulnerability management and secure software development practices
  • Familiarity with common web and software vulnerabilities as well as security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and OWASP SAMM
  • Experience with REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), data modelling, or event-streaming technologies such as Kafka
