Position Summary

Ensure the technological conditions required for manufacturing, including their supervision and continuous improvement. Drive the ongoing optimization of production processes and actively participate in the introduction and development of new products and manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous technological support for the production unit.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production equipment.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain material and time standards.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain production and machine documentation.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes, improve quality performance, and reduce scrap and waste levels.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in the introduction of new materials and products.
  • Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and provide production-related data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Active, communicative level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to continuously improve; able to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
