Automation & AI Solutions Intern
to help drive AI and automation initiatives across our global business operations. This is a unique opportunity to work on practical AI use cases and develop automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and automation across business processes
• Support development and testing of AI-powered solutions and proof of concepts
• Create and optimize prompts for Microsoft Copilot
• Build workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI and automation use cases
• Collaborate with process owners and analytics teams
• Support AI adoption through training materials, user guides, and demonstrations
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a university student
(preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Business Informatics/Software Engineering or a related field).

Essentials

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English Language

Preferred

• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI use-case development

Основные обязанности:

• Разрабатывает и внедряет стратегию трансформации SAP, включая стандартизацию технических типов, атрибутов, профилей объектов и приведение классификации активов в соответствие с ISO 14224;
• Стандартизирует структуру активов, включая унификацию иерархии функциональных участков и гармонизацию данных;
• Оптимизирует планы технического обслуживания, устраняя дублирующиеся и устаревшие планы, наряды и заказы;
• Организует и сопровождает миграцию данных SAP S/4HANA, обеспечивая очистку, перенос, валидацию, сопоставление и гармонизацию данных с минимизацией операционных рисков;
• Управляет данными КСУТО, обеспечивая их актуальность, качество, соответствие бизнес-процессам и отраслевым стандартам;
• Осуществляет системное администрирование SAP, включая контроль производительности, интеграции, архитектуры системы и качества интерфейсов данных;
• Разрабатывает и внедряет стандарты управления данными, а также сопровождающую нормативную и методическую документацию;
• Определяет, контролирует и анализирует KPI, связанные с качеством данных, эффективностью процессов технического обслуживания и своевременностью обработки изменений;
• Обеспечивает поддержку тестирования и стабилизации SAP S/4HANA, включая UAT, интеграционное тестирование и сопровождение после ввода системы в эксплуатацию;
• Разрабатывает рекомендации по управлению ведомостями материалов (ВМ), обеспечивая их корректную привязку к функциональным участкам и поддержку процессов планирования запасных частей и технического обслуживания.

Требования к квалификации:

• Образование в области информационных технологий / программирования процесса управления данными;
• 10 лет международного опыта работы в соответствующей сфере в нефтегазовой отрасли;
• Опыт оказания поддержки подразделениям по техническому обслуживанию по использованию SAP в качестве компьютеризированного инструмента управления техническим обслуживанием;
• Опыт обеспечения взаимодействия Primavera с SAP является преимуществом; подход, ориентированный на оказание поддержку пользователям КСУТО;
• Английский язык: не ниже Intermediate.

You will become part of the Incident Creator and AI Research team within the Technology Division in Bratislava. The team focuses on detecting malicious activity, combining correlation rules with machine learning models to evaluate potential security incidents from terabytes of behavioral data. Beyond detection, the team builds incident-handling tooling for security operators and develops automation, including potential AI SOC.

Job Description
As a Senior Machine AI Researcher, you take part in researching, experimenting, and creating the best models to evaluate potential incidents. Beyond that, you look for applications of AI/ML approaches across the entire incident lifecycle, whether signal filtering, incident summarization, or malicious activity mitigation.

About The Role

• Explore new AI/ML opportunities, leveraging your accumulated expertise to evaluate state-of-the-art research and decide what's worth pursuing in our domain.
• Design and run experiments on terabytes of behavioral data (on-prem and cloud), validating ideas before production on dedicated in-house GPU servers — enough compute to compete with the biggest players in the industry.
• Challenge existing solutions and decisions — driving critical discussion in the team.
• Collaborate with data collection, security operations, and software development — identifying promising opportunities to apply AI/ML where it advances real business goals.
• Mentor other researchers and steer the long-term research direction, supporting technical decisions that push the boundaries of AI/ML in cybersecurity.

Essential Requirements

• Deep understanding of the mathematical and statistical principles behind modern ML/AI methods — ability to critically evaluate and adapt models.
• Experience with modern neural network architectures, especially transformers and their variants.
• Strong drive for continuous learning and staying current with state-of-the-art research.
• Ability to work independently across the full research lifecycle — from literature review to experimentation to production-ready solutions.

Desirable Requirements

• University degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of computer and network security.
• Experience with cloud platforms — AWS preferred.

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support key business stakeholders across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and WW Operations. This role owns the full BI development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and data modeling to development, testing, training, and post‑production support. The successful candidate will work with multiple internal and external data sources, ensure high data quality, and continuously enhance reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• ETL Development — Build and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Data Modeling — Design scalable data models supporting reporting and analytics needs.
• Dashboard Creation — Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for global stakeholders.
• Data Quality — Implement validation rules and ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
• Performance Optimization — Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to maintain optimal performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and WW Ops to gather requirements and align BI outputs with business needs.
• End‑to‑End Project Support — Lead BI projects through design sign‑off, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• User Training — Provide training and support on dashboards and data interpretation.

• Cross‑Functional Issue Resolution — Work with IT and WW Ops teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI; experience with Qlik is an advantage.
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
