Medior Data Engineer
to develop, support, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines in a high-volume data warehouse ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings solid, hands-on experience with data movement patterns and performance tuning, along with an interest in building domain understanding across telecommunications areas such as billing, product, customer, and operational interfaces.

Main requirements:
Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, and databases, including building batch and streaming pipelines, data modeling, and data quality practices.

Big plus:
Experience leveraging agentic solutions practices to improve productivity, reduce defects, and accelerate delivery timelines.

As a
Medior Data Engineer
, you will help develop, maintain, and support ETL/ELT pipelines for large-volume enterprise data and contribute to data quality checks and governance practices end-to-end.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with lead and senior engineers to understand requirements and translate them into implementation tasks.
  • Help develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large-volume enterprise data in Snowflake (or similar platforms).
  • Support implementation of data loading frameworks (batch, incremental, CDC, micro-batch, and streaming where applicable) and operational observability.
  • Help build and maintain automation for ingestion, transformation, testing, deployment, and monitoring across data lifecycle stages.
  • Contribute to data quality checks, reconciliation controls, lineage capture, and metadata standards for production-grade reliability.
  • Leverage AI-fueled coding (AIFC) practices to improve productivity, reduce defects, and accelerate delivery timelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and improve documentation and code quality through feedback and collaboration with senior engineers.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Python and databases (SQL/NoSQL) for building data solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark for batch processing and basic streaming use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and performance-aware development.
  • Working experience with Kafka and real-time streaming data integration patterns.
  • Working experience with cloud, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
  • Working experience with AI-powered IDEs and tools (e.g., Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Years of experience:
1+ years
of data engineering experience, with some hands-on experience supporting, building, and operating ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms and frameworks.

Education:
Bachelor level degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

Compensation:
Salary range for
Slovakia
is between 3 283EUR - 4 933EUR gross per month.

Salary range for
Czech Republic
is between 94 633CZK - 141 941CZK gross per month.

The individual starting salary within this range will depend on relevant factors such as the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, and education or training.

  • Разрабатывает и внедряет стратегию трансформации SAP, включая стандартизацию технических типов, атрибутов, профилей объектов и приведение классификации активов в соответствие с ISO 14224;
  • Стандартизирует структуру активов, включая унификацию иерархии функциональных участков и гармонизацию данных;
  • Оптимизирует планы технического обслуживания, устраняя дублирующиеся и устаревшие планы, наряды и заказы;
  • Организует и сопровождает миграцию данных SAP S/4HANA, обеспечивая очистку, перенос, валидацию, сопоставление и гармонизацию данных с минимизацией операционных рисков;
  • Управляет данными КСУТО, обеспечивая их актуальность, качество, соответствие бизнес-процессам и отраслевым стандартам;
  • Осуществляет системное администрирование SAP, включая контроль производительности, интеграции, архитектуры системы и качества интерфейсов данных;
  • Разрабатывает и внедряет стандарты управления данными, а также сопровождающую нормативную и методическую документацию;

As a Senior Machine AI Researcher, you take part in researching, experimenting, and creating the best models to evaluate potential incidents. Beyond that, you look for applications of AI/ML approaches across the entire incident lifecycle, whether signal filtering, incident summarization, or malicious activity mitigation.

About The Role

  • Explore new AI/ML opportunities, leveraging your accumulated expertise to evaluate state-of-the-art research and decide what's worth pursuing in our domain.
  • Design and run experiments on terabytes of behavioral data (on-prem and cloud), validating ideas before production on dedicated in-house GPU servers — enough compute to compete with the biggest players in the industry.
  • Challenge existing solutions and decisions — driving critical discussion in the team.
  • Collaborate with data collection, security operations, and software development — identifying promising opportunities to apply AI/ML where it advances real business goals.
  • Mentor other researchers and steer the long-term research direction, supporting technical decisions that push the boundaries of AI/ML in cybersecurity.

Essential Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the mathematical and statistical principles behind modern ML/AI methods — ability to critically evaluate and adapt models.
  • Experience with modern neural network architectures, especially transformers and their variants.
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and staying current with state-of-the-art research.
  • Ability to work independently across the full research lifecycle — from literature review to experimentation to production-ready solutions.

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support key business stakeholders across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and WW Operations.
