We are looking for a
Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
to join our
Technology team
at Mükellef Teknoloji.

As a fast-growing startup, we value collaboration, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will develop and improve backend systems, contribute to product development, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.

Key Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js.
• Design, build, and improve scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components and user interfaces
• Refactor and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Finance, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and solution design
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Contribute to product development with a customer-first and business-driven mindset.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and hands-on experience with Laravel
• Solid experience with Vue.js
• Experience developing applications using Nuxt.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, relational database design
• Experience with Git and collaborative Git workflows
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Laravel Sanctum or JWT
• Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design principles
• Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain medium-scale production applications
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
