Cerchiamo una figura professionale di
Middle Integration Expert
che possa presidiare l'architettura di integrazione e l'evoluzione delle piattaforme nel perimetro commerciale del Gruppo Italgas — dai portali B2B/B2C ai flussi normativi ARERA, dalle integrazioni CRM/billing all'interoperabilità con i sistemi di mercato — introducendo soluzioni agentiche e di automazione AI che aumentino la qualità, la velocità e la resilienza dei processi commerciali.

Attività
:

Architettura di Integrazione & Governance

  • Definire e mantenere l'architettura target di integrazione del perimetro commerciale (API-first, event-driven, messaggistica asincrona, ESB).
  • Condurre architectural review, individuando debt tecnico, ridondanze e opportunità di standardizzazione.
  • Governare le integrazioni tra CRM Salesforce, billing/MDM, portali e middleware di Gruppo, garantendo qualità e consistenza del dato.
  • Definire linee guida di sicurezza per gli scambi dati (OAuth2, mTLS, API key management, logging e audit).
  • Collaborare con il team API & Integration Gateway per standard espositivi riutilizzabili.

Processi Commerciali — Dominio Utility Gas/Acqua

  • Essere il riferimento tecnico-funzionale sui processi commerciali regolati (ARERA, SII, switching, misura, morosità).
  • Tradurre evoluzioni normative e delibere ARERA in requisiti funzionali e di integrazione.
  • Presidiare gli standard di comunicazione con i Venditori (XML, web services, formati SII), garantendo sicurezza e compatibilità.
  • Supportare l'evoluzione e l'ottimizzazione dei processi commerciali in ottica di efficienza e compliance.

Portali & Customer-Facing Platforms

  • Presidiare l'architettura dei portali B2B e B2C, assicurandone l'allineamento con gli standard di Gruppo.
  • Definire i requisiti di integrazione tra front-end e sistemi backend (CRM, billing, middleware, documentale).
  • Collaborare con i team di sviluppo nella definizione delle API e nella validazione delle scelte architetturali.
  • Monitorare KPI di availability, latency ed error rate, supportando la gestione degli incident critici.

AI Agente & Automazione dei Processi Commerciali

  • Identificare casi d'uso AI ad alto valore per automazione, gestione anomalie e supporto al back office.
  • Progettare integrazioni tra agenti AI e sistemi enterprise tramite API, MCP e protocolli di interoperabilità.
  • Guidare PoC e iniziative agentiche, definendo criteri di valutazione e percorso verso la produzione.
  • Contribuire al framework di adozione AI con focus su governance, sicurezza e compliance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Guidare Business Analyst e sviluppatori nelle iniziative di trasformazione, garantendo qualità e rispetto delle scadenze.
  • Collaborare con funzioni business, compliance e IT per raccolta requisiti e definizione delle priorità.
  • Supportare la crescita delle risorse junior tramite formazione e trasferimento di competenze.
  • Partecipare alla valutazione di vendor e soluzioni in ambito middleware, API management e CRM.

Competenze Tecniche

Requisiti
:

  • Esperienza di 4 – 6 anni in ruoli tecnico-funzionali su sistemi enterprise di integrazione, con progressione da sviluppatore a ruoli di architettura.
  • Background tecnico con esperienza pregressa come sviluppatore software (Java, Python, o linguaggi di integration platform) — indispensabile per valutare la fattibilità tecnica e dialogare con i team di sviluppo.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di almeno una piattaforma middleware/ESB enterprise (TIBCO BW/BWCE/Flogo, MuleSoft, IBM MQ/ACE, WSO2, Boomi o equivalente) con capacità di design architetturale, non solo di configurazione.
  • Esperienza su API Management / API Gateway: esposizione, versionamento, sicurezza, monetizzazione; familiarità con almeno uno strumento (TIBCO Mashery, Apigee, WSO2, Kong, Gravitee o similare).
  • Conoscenza diretta del dominio commerciale Utility (Gas, Acqua, Energia Elettrica): processi distributore-venditore, framework normativo ARERA, interoperabilità con il Sistema Informativo Integrato (SII/Acquirente Unico).
  • Esperienza su CRM enterprise (Salesforce preferibile) e sistemi di billing o MDM nel contesto utility, con capacità di analisi delle interfacce di integrazione.

 

Costituiscono requisiito preferenziale

  • Conoscenza dei protocolli e degli standard di sicurezza per l'integrazione B2B: OAuth2, mTLS, OpenID Connect, gestione certificati, canali cifrati.
  • Esperienza su architetture di portali enterprise: integrazione front-end/back-end via API, gestione delle sessioni, identity management (SSO, SAML, OIDC), pattern di resilienza (circuit breaker, retry, caching).
  • Familiarità con ambienti container/cloud ibridi (OpenShift, Azure, Kubernetes) in quanto contesto di deployment delle piattaforme di integrazione.
  • Esperienza pratica con soluzioni di AI generativa applicate a processi aziendali: progettazione di agenti, architettura MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling su LLM, integrazione agenti con sistemi enterprise via API.
  • Conoscenza di tecnologie di data streaming o messaggistica asincrona (Kafka, TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ o equivalenti) per scenari ad alto volume o event-driven.
  • Certificazioni rilevanti: Scrum Master / SAFe, certificazioni su piattaforme middleware (TIBCO, MuleSoft, WSO2), certificazioni cloud (AWS/Azure), certificazioni Salesforce.

Ulteriori competenze

  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di testi normativi (delibere ARERA, regolazioni di settore) e traduzione in requisiti tecnici di sistema.
  • Comunicazione tecnica efficace a livelli diversi: dal developer all'executive, in italiano e in inglese (B2 minimo scritto; la capacità di condurre technical review in inglese è un plus).
  • Attitudine alla leadership tecnica informale su team cross-funzionali, con capacità di orientare le scelte architetturali in contesti multi-stakeholder e con vincoli normativi.
  • Orientamento alla qualità del dato e alla governance: comprensione delle implicazioni di data quality sulle piattaforme commerciali e capacità di proporre misure correttive strutturali.
  • Problem solving strutturato in contesti ad alta pressione (gestione incident critici su processi normativi con scadenze regolatorie fisse).

Dati retribuzione

Condizioni contrattuali ed economiche

Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato.

L’inquadramento previsto per il ruolo è: 7°- 8° livello del CCNL Gas Acqua.

La corrispondente RAL di base per il contratto a tempo indeterminato è prevista nell’intervallo tra 45.000 e 55.000 €, distribuita su 14 mensilità.

Si aggiungono:

•    Premio di produzione, collegato al raggiungimento di obiettivi aziendali predefiniti e misurabili (es. sicurezza, qualità del servizio, performance operative), convertibile in servizi di welfare;

•    Buoni pasto del valore nominale di 12 € giornalieri (in presenza) o 7 € giornalieri (in smart working);

•    Welfare aziendale;

•    Possibilità di smart working fino a 10 giorni al mese;

•    Piano di Azionariato Diffuso, con assegnazione di azioni secondo criteri aziendali comunicati in fase di inserimento.

A day in the life of the Industrial Services | Utilities Engineer:

  • Utility Distribution Systems:

Steam distribution, Condensate recovery, Compressed air distribution, Chilled water distribution, Cooling waste, Process water, Potable water, Hot water, HVAC utility interfaces, Natural gas distribution systems, Utility pipe bridges and underground utility networks, Utility metering systems, Utility monitoring systems, Fire protection systems

  • Engineering & Design:

Review utility system designs and deliverables. Ensure utility distribution networks meet process and build requirements. Review P&IDs, layouts, technical specifications, calculations and contractor submissions. Participate in design reviews and constructability reviews. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Engineering Standards and local regulations.

  • Construction Support:

Coordinate utility installation activities with contractors and suppliers. Support construction planning and sequencing. Resolve technical issues arising during construction. Verify installation quality and compliance with approved designs. Participate in inspections and punch-list management. Monitor construction progress against project milestones.

  • Commissioning & Start-Up:

Prepare and execute commissioning plans for utility distribution systems. Coordinate flushing and performance testing. Support utility system start-up and troubleshooting. Verify system performance against design requirements. Participate on SAT, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure all utility systems are operational

  • Safety & Compliance:

Promote safe design and construction practices. Support permit-to-work and contractor safety programs. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Ensure utility systems meet food safety and hygienic design requirements.

What will make you successful?

  • For factories with large built-up distributed ammonia plants (Ice Cream, Frozen Food or Freeze Drying, industrial refrigeration background and ammonia experience is required
  • Experience operating or supervising others who operate heating pressure systems (gas boilers) or other large combustion systems (steam, hot water)
  • Experience in P&ID (piping instrumentation diagram)
  • Experience in industrial plants: AHU, chillers, fire protection systems, water and steam generation, water treatment, BMS and electrical equipment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione sistemistica e manutenzione delle piattaforme storage (Hitachi Vantara VSP, NetApp CDOT) su infrastrutture SAN, NAS e Object Storage
  • Monitoraggio proattivo e risoluzione degli incidenti sulle piattaforme di storage e backup
  • Sviluppo e manutenzione di script di automazione (Bash, ZSH, Python, Ruby) per processi di provisioning, manutenzione e monitoraggio

  • Laurea triennale in Informatica, Scienze e tecnologie informatiche o Ingegneria dell’informazione
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Storage Administrator, System Engineer o Storage & Backup Specialist in contesti complessi
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle architetture storage SAN, NAS e Object Storage (Hitachi Vantara VSP, NetApp CDOT)
  • Competenze nei linguaggi di scripting per automazione infrastrutturale: Bash, ZSH, Python o Ruby
  • Esperienza con soluzioni di backup di mercato e logiche di ripristino dati
  • Conoscenza di ulteriori piattaforme storage (Dell/EMC², Brocade SAN, Red Hat Ceph) e backup enterprise (Veritas NetBackup, IBM Spectrum Protect/TSM, Veeam) – preferenziale
  • Familiarità con ambienti operativi e di virtualizzazione (Windows, Linux, VMware, KVM, Solaris, Citrix) – preferenziale
  • Orientamento all’amministrazione, manutenzione e automazione di infrastrutture storage e backup complesse
