Introduction

  • Hi! We’re on the lookout for a (Not just a) Junior Software Engineer to join our team of :60 problem-solvers in creating great products hand in hand with our abroad-based Clients. Tasks and Responsibilities

  • join a self-organized team working directly with one of our overseas Clients on a daily basis
  • become a consultant who gets a good grasp of the business side of the product or a technical problem, distills the right set of requirements, and thinks creatively about a solution
  • have a real impacton what we build and how we build it, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing quality-focused team, which relies on trust, shared responsibility, and self-organization
  • use different tech both: back and front end, since our tech stack varies from project to project – our most popular technologies are: Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and Docker, but you might also come across Java and a few more
  • work on significant projects you will make a tangible difference in people's lives by contributing to either several EdTech or MedTech projects or perhaps become part of the unwavering success of a Big Data product around social media platforms. You’ll start off in one of the established projects, but the landscape of our incoming businesses is diverse, so you might have the opportunity to set foot on uncharted territory quite quickly

We might be a great match for each other... if you have essential skills, experience, and attitude:

  • Professional experience 0.5+ years of experience in software development is a great start!
  • university background a degree in IT/Computer Science or you’re currently a student in one of these fields
  • English command (B2+) you have a very good command of English and feel comfortable using it on a daily basis
  • coding skills you have acquired a decent knowledge of at least one programming language used in web development, enabling you to solve real problems, and you’re eager to get familiar with new technologies
  • problem-solving skills you are in a constant search of "the why" of things, you are able to diagnose a problem, distill important information, connect the dots, and propose some technical solutions
  • focus on quality you hold "clean code" practices at heart and take responsibility for the quality of solutions delivered; you’re happy to go the extra mile when an opportunity to make things a bit better comes your way
  • understanding of algorithms you possess basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • relational databases & SQL knowledge you are familiar with the core concepts of relational databases and have knowledge of SQL of some flavor
  • AI curiosity you keep up with the AI wave and experiment with AI tools in your daily work; you know when to lean on them and when to think things through on your own
  • valid work permit you are legally authorized to work in Poland

First, we’d love to hear more about your experience, and tell you a bit more about u2i. After a short break, we’ll jump into the technical part where you’ll have the chance to truly show off your skills.

  • Als Senior Data Scientist bist Du für die Konzeption, den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Business Intelligence und Reportingstrukturen verantwortlich
  • Du entwickelst fachliche Lösungen, Architekturen und Datenmodelle für das Reporting sowie automatisierte Logiken zur Validierung und Bereinigung der Quelldaten

En tant que Data Engineer,
votre rôle
est d'analyser les données métier et de développer des tableaux de bord, rapports et analyses fiables pour accompagner la prise de décision. À Propos De Vous

  • Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure de niveau Master ou école d'ingénieur en Data ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de Business Intelligence et de visualisation de données, notamment Looker, et êtes capable de concevoir des tableaux de bord intuitifs et adaptés aux besoins métiers. Vous disposez de solides compétences en SQL pour extraire, transformer et analyser les données, avec une capacité à optimiser les requêtes dans des environnements Cloud.
  • Vous connaissez les environnements Cloud Data, idéalement sur GCP et BigQuery, ainsi que les principes des Data Warehouses et des pipelines de données.
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de rigueur analytique et d’un bon esprit de synthèse pour structurer des informations complexes et faciliter la prise de décision.
