Your contribution

As a Microsoft 365 Collaboration L3 Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming how teams work together. Key Responsibilties

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaborative workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for all collaboration technologies, resolving complex incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administer, support, and optimize Digital Signage platforms, including AppSpace and BrightSign, integrating them with Microsoft 365 services where appropriate.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other emerging Microsoft collaborative tools by developing and sharing best practices, documentation, and end-user training materials and maintaining related Viva Engage communities.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and advocate for Microsoft 365 technologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure that collaboration solutions adhere to organizational policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics for all collaboration services, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing improvements to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for the evolution of collaborative technologies within Clarios, including evaluation and implementation of new features and third-party integrations.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of architectures, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and continuity purposes.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform.
  • Fluency in English
  • 1+year hands-on experience with Copilot family services, include Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Digital Signage solutions such as AppSpace and BrightSign, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and requirements into technical solutions, with a consultative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience providing Level 3 support for complex enterprise collaboration environments.
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance concepts as they relate to Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management in Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, conditional access, MFA and role-based access controls.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) for managing and deploying Microsoft 365 resources.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

The starting salary is at min 3 100 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This role focuses on DevOps, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with PostgreSQL expertise as an important part of the broader platform landscape. You will support automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, CI/CD enablement, and operational excellence across mission-critical production environments.

You will work closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, and database engineering teams to design scalable operational solutions, improve platform resilience, and modernize operations through automation and engineering best practices.

What to do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation for infrastructure and PostgreSQL platform operations using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational tooling.
  • Standardize and automate platform operations across environments, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and self-service.
  • Own the reliability, availability, and operational stability of production platform services.
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions.
  • Operate and optimize PostgreSQL environments, including high-availability, replication, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery setups.
  • Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logging, metrics, and operational analytics using tools such as Grafana.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps, documentation, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and adoption of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.

  • At least 7 years of strong recent working experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Minimum of 5 year of recent hands-on experience operating production-critical environments.
  • Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Recent project experience with infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code, including Terraform and Ansible.
  • Scripting experience with Python and Bash.
  • Active strong PostgreSQL administration and production operations working experience, including high availability, replication, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.

What You'll Do

  • Based on DC and Cloud Networking experience define, document and continuously evolve reference network architecture patterns for large-scale and edge IronCore cloud environments.
  • Lead design and adoption of observability platforms (metrics, logs, traces, telemetry pipelines) for infrastructure and platform services.
  • Shape and drive the technical roadmap and long-term direction of IronCore data-center networking and observability capabilities in collaboration with platform and product stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation initiatives across IronCore cloud networking and infrastructure operations.
  • Translate complex infrastructure capabilities into clear product increments, milestones, and value propositions.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in computer science, networking, or engineering disciplines.

  • Background in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern infrastructure delivery models.
  • Strong expertise in observability architectures and operational analytics at scale.
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes, deep understanding of cloud native principles.
