Your Impact
You'll be a part of a high-impact, internal engineering team focused on building and scaling next-generation digital tools used across the firm.
Your team spans multiple global locations, collaborating across North America, Europe, and Latin America. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative, secure, and intelligent platforms that empower our people, streamline operations, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization.
You will be at the forefront of our firm's larger initiatives. Your role will involve writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining application code using core technologies.
Your expertise will play a key role in solving complex technical challenges and shaping the evolution of our internal products and platforms. You'll stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends—whether in cloud, security, automation, or AI—and apply them to build robust, forward-looking solutions. Working closely with a global, cross-functional team, you’ll help drive innovation that enhances the way our people work and delivers tangible impact across the firm.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Some years of software development experience
- JavaScript/TypeScript and API design patterns (e.g., Golang, Elixir, Rust) is a plus
- AWS that is secure, scalable, and performant such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT (e.g., Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB)
- GenAI features (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and processing of structured/unstructured data
- CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment workflows
