MANSIONI & RESPONSABILITA'
La Figura, All’interno Del Team Di Preventivazione, Contruibuisce a Predisporre i Profit & Loss Di Commessa, In Particolare Si Occupa Di

• Svolgere l’analisi della documentazione di gara o relativa all’offerta (dati di input per la preventivazione);
• Realizzare il Profit & Loss preventivo di commessa attraverso l’utilizzo di SAP Qlikview (sistema di BI) ed Excel;
• Supportare il KAM e l’Ufficio Gare nella corretta elaborazione dell’Offerta Economica dell’iniziativa con I relativi allegati;
• Analizzare gli indicatori economici relativi ai costi effettivi, costi previsionali e i ricavi della commessa evidenziando gli eventuali gli scostamenti periodici vs P&L preventivo;
• Verificare i costi e gli investimenti congiuntamente all’area Proposal;
• Svolgere l’elaborazione delle eventuali richieste di congruità da parte dei Clienti Stazioni Appaltanti (presentata l’offerta oggetto di un ribasso su valore unitario che dovrebbe coprire costi, l'ente chiede di giustificare il ribasso fatto, costrutto tecnico economico in cui dimostra cosa ha considerato);
• Acquisire le informazioni relative ad una commessa da consuntivare attraverso l’utilizzo dei database e dei sistemi aziendali;
• Concorrere nel reportizzare il consuntivo per la Direzione Commerciale;
• Dare supporto nel definire la logica di impostazione del P&L sulla base dei format aziendali;
• Concorrere nella definizione dell’offerta insieme alla Direzione commerciale;

Requisiti Richiesti

• Laurea triennale/magistrale preferibilmente in ambito economico/scientifico
• Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi
• Gradita conoscenza delle logiche di HR Cost Controlling (analisi e monitoraggio del costo del personale).
• Provenienza da aziende di servizi operanti su commesse;

Your Impact
You will build the foundational data infrastructure that powers cutting-edge AI applications leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, workflows, and emerging agentic architectures.

You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, manage secure data environments, and prepare data for AI-driven systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. You’ll tackle real-world challenges by contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems and grow as a technologist by working alongside diverse experts across industries.

You will design and build the scalable, reproducible data components essential for machine learning, agentic, and autonomous AI systems. You’ll assess data landscapes, apply data quality fundamentals, and prepare data for AI solutions. Additionally, you’ll learn to translate simple hypotheses into engineered features, manage secure data environments, and contribute to R&D initiatives focused on innovating and scaling next-generation AI capabilities.

Your work will help solve some of the most complex and high-impact challenges facing clients across industries. Collaborating across QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey and QuantumBlack Labs teams, you’ll help develop innovative AI capabilities and scalable enterprise solutions. You’ll help build robust data foundations for scalable, production-ready AI systems. Your contributions will directly support the firm’s ability to accelerate AI adoption, solve complex business problems at scale, and enable clients to achieve meaningful, lasting impact.

You’ll be based in our Milan office as part of our global Data Engineering community. Working in cross-functional Agile teams, you’ll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and industry experts to deliver AI solutions. By partnering with clients from data owners to C-level executives you’ll help solve complex problems that drive tangible business value and begin to build your skills as a client-facing technologist.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a data-focused role (internships, academic projects)
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code in a modern programming language, with a strong preference for Python and SQL
• Interest in or exposure to data engineering in the context of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Business Intelligence across different types of data formats (structured vs unstructured) and processing methods (streaming vs batch)
• Familiarity with commonly used data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, PSQL, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and engineering tools (Pandas, Spark, dbt, LangChain, etc.)
• Exposure to modern software development practices, including version control (Git) and foundational concepts in DevOps and MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD principles
• Exceptional time management in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to different project situations and tech stacks
• Experience using coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) is a plus

Le Tue Responsabilità Saranno

• Progettare e realizzare soluzioni dati su Microsoft Fabric, lavorando con Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebook e pipeline dati
• Sviluppare ed elaborare dataset di grandi dimensioni utilizzando Apache Spark (Microsoft Fabric), anche su dati geografici e territoriali

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con CCNL Commercio, inquadramento dal livello 2° e una retribuzione annua lorda a partire da €38.000, comprensiva di eventuale componente variabile. Il pacchetto retributivo include inoltre Ticket Restaurant.

Data Scientist
to join our Data & Analytics team.

We are looking for candidates with an international background that have experience and strong knowledge in Data Analytics applications in multi-disciplinary environments that provide real-world impact for organizations.

You will be based in our office in

Background & Experience

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related area
• 4–5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with proven ability to design and deliver data-driven solutions in business contexts

Technical Skills

• Experience in developing and applying analytical models and machine learning techniques to solve real business problems (including both predictive and exploratory approaches)
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern data science libraries and frameworks
• Experience working with data across the full lifecycle, from data preparation and exploration to model development and deployment
• Familiarity with working in cloud-based data and AI environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), leveraging advanced analytics and scalable processing capabilities (e.g. Databricks or similar platforms)
• Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs, including use cases such as text analysis, content generation, or process automation
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and ability to integrate LLM-based solutions into data and analytics workflows
• Awareness of best practices in model lifecycle management, reproducibility and collaboration within data teams
• Ability to understand business requirements and identify the best solution to achieve the expected outcome
