We are looking for a Product Data Analyst for our growing Product team!

The Product Data Analyst provides data-driven insights to support decision-making across all product lines (Hold, Transfer, Spend, App Core, Under 18). This role works in parallel with the Business Product Owner and the Technical Product Owner, contributing to product strategy, delivery, and optimization through analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field,
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business analytics,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
  • Bridges the gap between business and data, delivering clear, story-driven insights to product teams,
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to quantify product impact,
  • Proactive in identifying problems and proposing data-backed solutions,
  • Organized and disciplined in managing reporting workflows,
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical (data engineers, backend) and business teams (PMs, POs),
  • Knowledge of statistical testing and experimental design (A/B testing, cohort analysis),
  • Experience working with fintech or payments data is a plus.

Required Tools & Skills:

  • SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake or equivalent querying languages,
  • Dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase,
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas),
  • Python / R (preferred) for data analysis and statistical testing,
  • Product analytics tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude,
  • AI-powered analysis and automation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Dataiku, etc.),
  • User behavior tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and maintains KPI dashboards for all product lines,
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports on usage, retention, and revenue,
  • Analyzes user behavior and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues,
  • Measures feature-level adoption and conducts segment analysis across customer groups,
  • Defines KPI thresholds and sets up early warning mechanisms (e.g., anomaly detection, alerts),
  • Designs, runs, and analyzes A/B tests to validate product hypotheses,
  • Provides data-driven decision support to PMs and POs, contributing to roadmap prioritization,
  • Identifies data quality issues and collaborates with technical teams to resolve them,
  • Ensures reporting standards comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Here’s what you'll do

  • Build an amazing experience for the millions of users who play every day
  • Design, implement, test and maintain our casual gaming products

  • You will have ownership of a primary work stream, which you will own end-to-end, but work in close collaboration with your fellow mobile engineers
