Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester to own quality validation across the software delivery lifecycle within a SAFe / Agile environment. You will design and execute test plans and test cases, validate acceptance criteria at the story level, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and maintain rigorous defect management practices in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating within iteration and Program Increment (PI) cadences alongside developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and BRDs to design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional, regression, exploratory, and edge-case coverage.
  • Execute manual test cases across web applications (frontend and API layers), documenting results, evidence, and reproducibility steps with precision.
  • Log, triage, and track defects in Azure DevOps Boards with clear reproduction steps, severity/priority classification, and traceability back to the originating user story or requirement.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to confirm that delivered functionality satisfies
  • Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) standards before stories are accepted.
  • Actively participate in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Reviews, and
  • Retrospectives, providing quality risk visibility and testing status at each stage.
  • Maintain and execute regression test suites ahead of releases, and support release readiness sign-off through structured test summary reporting.
  • Prepare UAT scripts, coordinate business stakeholder participation, and consolidate UAT feedback
  • into actionable defect or enhancement tickets.
  • Maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability matrices, test data sets, and structured test evidence in line with team and organizational QA standards.
  • Identify recurring defect patterns and process gaps, proposing improvements to testing coverage,
  • workflows, and team practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester / Test Analyst in a professional software delivery environment.
  • Proven experience operating within a SAFe or scaled Agile framework, with working knowledge of PI Planning, Iterations, Definition of Done/Ready, and Agile Release Train (ART) cadences.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Boards, Queries) for test case authoring, execution tracking, and defect management.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured manual test cases and test scripts derived from user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and standard QA methodologies (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, UAT).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate, reproduce, and clearly document defects.
  • Experience validating web applications across browsers and basic familiarity with inspecting REST API responses (e.g., via Postman) to support functional validation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, BAs, and Product Owners. Deliverables & Process Expectations
  • Test plans and test case suites aligned to each committed user story within an iteration, authored and linked in Azure DevOps prior to development completion.
  • Executed test cycles with documented pass/fail results, evidence (screenshots/logs), and defect linkage for every iteration.
  • A maintained regression suite, executed prior to each release, with a structured test summary report supporting go/no-go release decisions.
  • Defect reports in Azure DevOps that meet team quality bar: clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity/priority, and environment details.
  • UAT test scripts and a consolidated UAT sign-off report for each release requiring business validation.
  • Participation record and quality input across all SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), including risk and quality status reporting.
  • Up-to-date requirements-to-test-case traceability matrix maintained throughout each Program
  • Increment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to test automation concepts or tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) - hands-on automation authorship not required, but familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience testing API-driven or geospatial/mapping-enabled applications.
  • ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) or equivalent QA certification.
  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Practitioner) is a plus.
  • Basic SQL skills for backend/data validation (e.g., querying PostgreSQL).
  • Tools & Environment: Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Boards), Postman, Microsoft Teams, Confluence (or equivalent wiki), browser developer tools.

Purpose and Scope
Independently completing standard quality assurance activities as well as complex and non-standard quality assurance activities in the affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs and records all activities that are governed by Good Distribution Practise Guidelines (GDP Guidelines) as defined in the (global) Quality Management System (for example on QA oversight of Product Storage and Distribution, nonconformance management, product complaint handling change control, supplier management and annual product review) and identifies and implements improvements to the QMS to correct inefficiencies and non-conformances
  • As needed, supports with inspection management for the wholesale dealer license (or equivalent license), specifically during inspections and recalls.
  • Represents Affiliate QA in complex local and global project teams, such as product launches.
  • Escalates to Affiliate Head any complex and urgent QA activities such as potential recalls, significant quality issues and urgent changes.
  • As needed, performs final QA acceptance of all QA records (apart from product returns)
  • Acts as a role model for the Quality Culture in the affiliate.

Essential Qualifications

  • (University) degree in a science/health-related subject.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience of implementation and understanding of GDP, GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Good organizational, coordination, diplomatic, negotiation, presentation and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trackwise (Digital), Veeva and SAP systems
  • Experience in supporting regulatory interfaces such as inspections and audits

zur Evaluierung einer neuen Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft für fachliche Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing – UAT).

Im Fokus steht die fachliche Validierung einer Workforce-Lösung in einer komplexen industriellen Produktionsumgebung mit mehreren Standorten und über 3.000 Mitarbeitenden sowie unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeit- und Vergütungsmodellen.

Sie prüfen die Systemlogik der Zeitwirtschaft, analysieren Prozessabweichungen und stellen die stabile Integration in nachgelagerte Payroll-Prozesse sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung fachlicher Testkonzepte, Testfälle und Testszenarien für Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse
  • Ableitung und Validierung von Testszenarien auf Basis bestehender SAP-HCM-Prozesse

Mission
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein de notre filiale EMC, située à Achères (78), notre futur Chef de projet Essais H/F.

Le Chef de Projet Essais est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du pilotage des activités de validation des composants automobiles aéronautiques, ferroviaires Il garantit la conformité des produits aux exigences clients, aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs qualité, coût et délai du projet.

Vos Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Pilotage de projet :

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des essais et validations,
  • Définir les ressources nécessaires (moyens d’essais, laboratoires, sous-traitants....),
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des campagnes d’essais,
  • Organiser les réunions d’avancement et assurer le reporting projet,
  • Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux activités de validation,

Définition et suivi des essais

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et les spécifications techniques,
  • Définir les plans de validation et les protocoles d’essais avec les équipes exploitation essais,
  • Piloter les essais fonctionnels, mécaniques, environnementaux, climatiques, vibratoires, électriques ou de durabilité selon le type de composant,
  • Coordonner les laboratoires internes et externes au groupe,
  • Garantir la conformité des essais aux normes en vigueur,

Déplacements à prévoir,

Profil
De formation Master ou Ingénieur, vous possédez des compétences en mécanique, électronique, mécatronique, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets techniques.

Vous possédez une première expérience des essais mécaniques, climatiques, vibratoires et fonctionnels.

La connaissance des normes automobiles (ISO, IEC, SAE, ... ) est un plus.

Doté d’excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, et faites preuve d’un solide esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

La maîtrise du Pack Office et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
