The Opportunity

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable, and timely analytical results that support manufacturing, product release, stability programs, and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, while acting as a key contributor to business performance, compliance, and patient safety.

What you will be doing

Quality Control Leadership

  • Lead and develop all QC laboratory functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.
  • Manage laboratory resources, capacity planning, and capability development.
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of testing results to meet production and release schedules.

Raw Materials & Product Testing

  • Oversee sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, packaging components, and intermediates.
  • Ensure finished products and in-process materials meet established specifications.
  • Support timely disposition decisions and material release activities.

Stability Program Management

  • Lead stability studies from protocol design through execution and reporting.
  • Ensure robust stability data generation to support regulatory submissions and product shelf-life assignments.
  • Drive on-time review and approval of stability results.

Analytical Science & Technology

  • Oversee analytical method development, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide scientific leadership for investigations, troubleshooting, and technical projects.
  • Support innovation and implementation of best-in-class laboratory practices.

Microbiology Oversight

  • Oversee microbiological testing activities, including environmental monitoring, water testing, and product testing.
  • Ensure effective contamination control and microbial control strategies.
  • Support investigations related to microbiological events and trends.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all QC activities comply with GMP, GLP, data integrity requirements, and global regulatory expectations.
  • Oversee investigations involving OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Maintain a continual state of inspection readiness and lead support during regulatory inspections and audits.

Data Integrity & Laboratory Systems

  • Champion ALCOA+ data integrity principles across all laboratory operations.
  • Oversee LIMS, laboratory software platforms, and computerized systems.
  • Ensure systems remain validated and compliant with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor key laboratory performance metrics.
  • Improve turnaround times, right-first-time performance, and overall laboratory efficiency.
  • Identify and implement new technologies, systems, and best practices.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QC professionals.
  • Ensure robust training and competency programs.
  • Build future leadership and technical capability within the QC function.

What we’re looking for

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Training or certification in GxP and Quality Management Systems.
  • 8-10+ years of Quality Control experience within a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing QC laboratories and teams in either a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Technical Expertise

You will bring strong hands-on experience in:

  • Hands-on experience of analytical testing techniques including chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques (e.g.) HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
  • Method validation, verification, transfer, and lifecycle management
  • Stability program management including design, execution, and reporting
  • Laboratory investigations, OOS/OOT management, and CAPA implementation
  • Sound knowledge and experience of GMP, GLP, Quality Management Systems, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry and/or microbiology principles.
  • Data integrity and inspection readiness

Systems Knowledge

  • Proficient in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample tracking, test execution, and results management.
  • Strong experience with analytical laboratory instruments software (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution systems) and associated data systems (e.g., Empower, Chromeleon).
  • Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and investigations (e.g., TrackWise, MasterControl, Veeva).
  • Working knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements and maintaining laboratory systems in a validated state.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with quality processes.

Purpose and Scope
Independently completing standard quality assurance activities as well as complex and non-standard quality assurance activities in the affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs and records all activities that are governed by Good Distribution Practise Guidelines (GDP Guidelines) as defined in the (global) Quality Management System (for example on QA oversight of Product Storage and Distribution, nonconformance management, product complaint handling change control, supplier management and annual product review) and identifies and implements improvements to the QMS to correct inefficiencies and non-conformances
  • As needed, supports with inspection management for the wholesale dealer license (or equivalent license), specifically during inspections and recalls.
  • Represents Affiliate QA in complex local and global project teams, such as product launches.
  • Escalates to Affiliate Head any complex and urgent QA activities such as potential recalls, significant quality issues and urgent changes.
  • As needed, performs final QA acceptance of all QA records (apart from product returns)
  • Acts as a role model for the Quality Culture in the affiliate.

Essential Qualifications

  • (University) degree in a science/health-related subject.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience of implementation and understanding of GDP, GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Good organizational, coordination, diplomatic, negotiation, presentation and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trackwise (Digital), Veeva and SAP systems
  • Experience in supporting regulatory interfaces such as inspections and audits

zur Evaluierung einer neuen Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft für fachliche Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing – UAT).

Im Fokus steht die fachliche Validierung einer Workforce-Lösung in einer komplexen industriellen Produktionsumgebung mit mehreren Standorten und über 3.000 Mitarbeitenden sowie unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeit- und Vergütungsmodellen.

Sie prüfen die Systemlogik der Zeitwirtschaft, analysieren Prozessabweichungen und stellen die stabile Integration in nachgelagerte Payroll-Prozesse sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung fachlicher Testkonzepte, Testfälle und Testszenarien für Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse
  • Ableitung und Validierung von Testszenarien auf Basis bestehender SAP-HCM-Prozesse

Mission
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein de notre filiale EMC, située à Achères (78), notre futur Chef de projet Essais H/F.

Le Chef de Projet Essais est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du pilotage des activités de validation des composants automobiles aéronautiques, ferroviaires Il garantit la conformité des produits aux exigences clients, aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs qualité, coût et délai du projet.

Vos Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Pilotage de projet :

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des essais et validations,
  • Définir les ressources nécessaires (moyens d’essais, laboratoires, sous-traitants....),
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des campagnes d’essais,
  • Organiser les réunions d’avancement et assurer le reporting projet,
  • Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux activités de validation,

Définition et suivi des essais

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et les spécifications techniques,
  • Définir les plans de validation et les protocoles d’essais avec les équipes exploitation essais,
  • Piloter les essais fonctionnels, mécaniques, environnementaux, climatiques, vibratoires, électriques ou de durabilité selon le type de composant,
  • Coordonner les laboratoires internes et externes au groupe,
  • Garantir la conformité des essais aux normes en vigueur,

Déplacements à prévoir,

Profil
De formation Master ou Ingénieur, vous possédez des compétences en mécanique, électronique, mécatronique, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets techniques.

Vous possédez une première expérience des essais mécaniques, climatiques, vibratoires et fonctionnels.

La connaissance des normes automobiles (ISO, IEC, SAE, ... ) est un plus.

Doté d’excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, et faites preuve d’un solide esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

La maîtrise du Pack Office et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
