Dein Fokus liegt auf Prozesssicherheit, CMO-Zusammenarbeit und der Einhaltung von GMP/GDP und AMG. Du wertest qualitätsrelevante Daten aus, bereitest Freigaben und Inspektionen vor und entwickelst unsere QS-Prozesse weiter.

DEIN TERRAIN

  • Qualitätsmanagement & Prozesssicherheit: Du erstellst und pflegst Prozessanweisungen, Spezifikationen und Prüfzertifikate, setzt QS-Maßnahmen um und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse weiter.
  • Chargendokumentation & Freigabe: Du stellst die vollständige, rückverfolgbare Chargendokumentation zusammen, bereitest Produktfreigaben vor und betreust Stabilitätsprogramm und OOS-Bearbeitung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit CMOs: Du bist im engen Austausch mit unseren CMOs, machst dich mit deren Herstell- und Prüfprozessen vertraut und prüfst die zugehörige Dokumentation auf Eignung, Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit.
  • Inspektionsbegleitung & Compliance: Du unterstützt bei behördlichen Inspektionen und stellst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher.
  • Datenanalyse & Produktqualität: Du erfasst qualitätsrelevante Daten strukturiert, wertest sie statistisch aus, bereitest sie für Reviews auf und leitest daraus Prozessoptimierungen ab.
  • Qualitätskommunikation & Schnittstellen: Du erstellst qualitätsbezogene Stellungnahmen, bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei Qualitätsfragen und kommunizierst mit Lohnlaboren und Behörden. Zudem koordinierst du den Probenversand und erstellst Laboraufträge.
  • Validierung & Lieferantenüberwachung: Du betreust validierungsrelevante Projekte inkl. Dokumentation und unterstützt bei Auditierung und Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.

DAMIT ÜBERZEUGST DU UNS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie, Pharmatechnik, Biotechnologie, Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren Naturwissenschaft
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion in der Pharma- oder Life-Science-Branche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP/GDP, AMWHV und AMG sowie Erfahrung mit behördlichen Inspektionen und der Etablierung neuer Prozesse
  • Erfahrung in der strukturierten Datenerfassung und statistischen Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Daten
  • Analytische, strukturierte und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise – auch bei großen Datenmengen und komplexen Prozessen; sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen QS-Tools
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten; fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch (mind. B2)

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Drive systematic implementation of Thinking 6 Sigma + 8D methodology as the standard problem-solving approach in TTI, champion a positive failure culture
  • Build and sustain a T6S community within TTI
  • Identify and lead advanced T6S initiatives in cross-functional environments
  • Act as lead moderator for 8D and 5-Why problem-solving sessions across TTI, as well as facilitate cross-functional problem-solving teams
  • Support management in identifying project ideas from strategic targets and scoping them into executable projects, acting as a consultant to management on quality and problem-solving matters
  • Drive quality management system continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to TTI's strategic quality roadmap and close identified gaps
  • Consolidate training needs at TTI and propose measures for T6S practitioners at various belt levels
  • Travel occasionally between sites to understand pain points and support implementation

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You will be the driver for systematic problem-solving and quality excellence in our Test Technology & Innovation (TTI) organization. You will promote critical quality leadership capacity and enable TTI to fulfil its mandate to own Quality at Test. For this, you should have experience moderating cross-functional problem-solving teams, as well as excellent facilitation and moderation skills for workshops and problem-solving sessions.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductors with knowledge in Test Equipment and, Test Development and Operations
  • Willingness to obtain or renew T6S Green Belt certification after hiring
  • Strong expertise in 8D methodology and root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.), and experience with DMAIC project methodology
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional environments without direct authority
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken) – required for international collaboration, local operations and stakeholder engagement
  • Previous experience in training and coaching roles

Your mission

As a Flight Test Engineer & Onsite Test Coordinator, you are the "Conductor of the Flight Line." Depending on your seniority, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our flight test campaigns, from initial planning and hazard assessment to execution and deep-dive data analysis.

Beyond the technical data, you serve as the primary Onsite Leader. You are the person who ensures testing priorities are crystal clear to everyone on the range. You manage the daily tempo, coordinate the crew, and ensure that every person, from pilots to software engineers, knows exactly which tests are being conducted and when. Your mission is to transform raw flight data into actionable insights while maintaining a high-tempo, disciplined, and safe testing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Primäre technische Autorität für die FT Engineering Säule über Field Engineering, back-office Engineering und Data Analyst Sub-Tracks hinweg.

The System Integration Senior Engineer will help lead the Nyx system end‑to‑end integration and verification, with a focus on functional platforms (Software in the Loop Platform, Processor in the Loop Platform, Hardware in the Loop Platform, Functional Simulation Facility). You will define and execute test plans, manage requirement traceability, analyse test results, and close verification evidence across SIL/PIL/HIL and physical test campaigns. Working closely with subsystem leads, AIT teams, and external partners, you will identify integration risks, resolve anomalies, and ensure that all mechanical functions perform safely and reliably throughout the mission profile. This position requires a rigorous systems mindset, strong understanding of mechanical behaviour in the space environment, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary verification activities to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
In your capacity a System Integration Senior Engineer, your role will continuously evolve, but initially your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Ensure the definition and implementation of the Nyx Earth system integration and verification activities, which meets technical and programmatic requirements and considers the adequacy of model philosophy, facilities availability, planning and costing.
  • Define plans and specifications with clear Success Criteria and support the generation of test procedures with the Functional Platform team.
  • Drive the technical discussions, preparation, organization and execution of the system verification campaigns, to ensure the closure of all system verification aspects, including nominal and off nominal spacecraft behaviors.
  • Organise the different reviews for incremental progress and ultimate closure of verification events.
  • Generate reports and drive the closure of the Items for Verification and Validation covered by the campaign.
  • Collaborate with all Functional Chain responsible and engineering disciplines to prepare and perform the system activities.
  • Process the anomalies occurring during the verification campaign in coordination with the Product Assurance Team and the rest of the Engineering Team.

What We Would Love To See From You
In the role of System Integration Senior Engineer ideally, you will have the following:

  • Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or another related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in systems design, analysis, and testing of aerospace or space-related systems, with a focus on integration of complex spacecraft and/or testing activities.
  • Hands-on hardware experience.
  • Practical experience / contact with functional test platforms, such as software in the loop, hardware in the loop, and bench testing.
  • Experience in the development and verification of space hardware.
  • Spacecraft systems knowledge.
