Nous recherchons un/e
Responsable des opérations et Cloud,
basé(e) à Courbevoie (92). Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Infrastructures, vous rejoindriez une équipe IT Infrastructure destinée aux clients internes en France et à l’international (12 pays).

Votre mission principale
serait de garantir la sécurité et la conformité des services contractés avec l’infogérant ainsi que des niveaux de services attendus. Cette garantie se fonde sur une supervision et un suivi des services fournis par l’infogérant et des systèmes cloud.

Votre rôle
serait d’assurer la gestion et l’optimisation de l’infrastructure cloud. Garantir des services informatiques sécurisés et efficaces, alignés avec les besoins métiers. Y compris, la gestion des fournisseurs cloud et du service d’infogérance (cloud, serveurs, SAP).

Votre périmètre :

  • 1 landing Zone AWS avec environ 500 EC2 sur 2 régions (Europe/Amérique su sud) avec environ 50% Linux, 50% Windows
  • Un système SAP S4 Hana
  • Un infogérant en charge de la landing zone, des services sur AWS, du patching d’une partie des serveurs, de la supervision d’une partie des serveurs, de l’administration SAP

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

Gestion des projets Cloud

  • Piloter les projets liés au Cloud.
  • Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs (Cloud, infogérance SAP, serveurs et services hébergés).
  • Superviser les environnements AWS (EC2, S3, routage…).
  • Assurer la résolution des problèmes d’infrastructure.

Optimisation et suivi financier

  • Garantir l’optimisation des coûts Cloud (FinOps).
  • Établir et suivre les budgets Cloud et infogérance.
  • Valider et affecter les factures aux bonnes entités.
  • Négocier les pénalités et assurer le suivi contractuel.

Sécurité et conformité

  • Appliquer et contrôler les standards de sécurité.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes sécurité.
  • Garantir la conformité et la qualité des opérations.

Performance et cycle de vie

  • Suivre les plans d’action (GoLive, roll-out, incidents).
  • Communiquer sur les changements et incidents critiques.
  • Gérer l’obsolescence des composants selon la politique Groupe.

Amélioration continue et automatisation

  • Déployer des actions d’amélioration continue.
  • Automatiser les opérations Cloud et promouvoir leur adoption.

Votre profil :

De formation supérieure de type grande école d’ingénieur ou universitaire équivalente en informatique, vous disposez idéalement des certifications telles que SAP Basis/HANA, ITIL, et AWS ou Azure, attestant de votre expertise technique.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, avec une solide pratique des environnements Linux, Microsoft, VMware, HANA, SQL Server, ainsi que des solutions Cloud AWS, PaaS et IaaS. Une expérience dans la gestion de prestataires offshore (par exemple Kyndryl) et dans des projets globaux serait fortement appréciée.

Votre anglais est professionnel, vous permettant d’évoluer aisément échanger au plan international de notre structure.

Compétences requises :

  • Pilotage et coordination des opérations Cloud et Datacenter.
  • Management de prestataires et suivi de contrats.
  • Maîtrise des environnements techniques (Linux, Microsoft, VMware, HANA, SQL Server).
  • Expertise Cloud (AWS, PaaS, IaaS) et bonnes pratiques ITIL.
  • Capacité à anticiper, planifier et optimiser les coûts (FinOps).

Danach suchen wir

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik mit mindestens drei Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens fünf Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und im Betrieb komplexer Cloud-Infrastrukturen sowie im Aufbau von Landing Zones und Cloud-Plattformen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in mindestens einer Public Cloud und Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform/OpenTofu, sowie CI/CD, Git und automatisierten Provisionierungsprozessen
  • Sicherheit in den Themen Cloud Security, Identity-Access-Management, Networking, Governance und Observability sowie ein gutes Verständnis für hybride und perspektivisch auch Multi-Cloud-Architekturen
  • Komplexe technische Zusammenhänge analysierst du strukturiert, bewertest Lösungsalternativen und triffst eigenständig nachvollziehbare Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen

VOTRE PROFIL

Compétences requises (obligatoires)

  • Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.
