Risk Analitiği Veri Bilimi Uzmanının sorumlulukları neler?

  • Risk parametrelerinin (PD, LGD, EAD, vb.) tahminine yönelik modeller geliştirmek ve bu modelleri karşılık hesaplama (IFRS-ECL) ve ekonomik sermaye (RWA) yönetimi süreçlerini desteklemek için kullanmak.
  • Veri odaklı karar verme süreçlerine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla Satış/Pazarlama, Kredi Tahsisi, Tahsilat ve Strateji birimleriyle yakın iş birliği yapmak. İş ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda kredi stratejileri ve karar optimizasyonları için analitik çözüm önerileri üretmek.
  • Geleneksel veri ambarı ve büyük veri ortamlarında veri zenginleştirme faaliyetleri yürütmek ve iş süreçlerinde kullanılabilecek anlamlı özellikler oluşturmak.
  • Model performansını izlemek ve iyileştirmek için gereken aksiyonları belirlemek.
  • Veri bilimi alanındaki yenilikleri ve teknolojik değişimleri takip ederek sahip olunan yetkinlik setinin sürdürülebilirliğini ve sürekli iyileştirilmesini sağlamak.
  • İleri analitik tekniklerin uygulanmasını sağlamak için Bilgi Teknolojileri ekipleriyle iş birliği yapmak ve gerekli teknolojik altyapı ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek.

Bu rol için aradığımız nitelikler neler?

  • Sayısal bir disiplinde (Endüstri Mühendisliği, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Matematik Mühendisliği, İstatistik vb.) Lisans veya Yüksek Lisans derecesine sahip,
  • Veri bilimi ve risk analitiği alanında en az 2 yıl deneyimli,
  • Python veya Spark ile kodlama ve analitik modelleme konusunda deneyimli,
  • İlişkisel veri tabanları ve veri depolama araçlarıyla çalışma konusunda yetkinlik sahibi,
  • Karmaşık SQL sorguları üzerinde performans odaklı kod optimizasyonu yapabilen,
  • Güçlü veri analizi ve görselleştirme becerilerine sahip,
  • Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri ile veriden elde edilen çıkarımları etkili bir şekilde iletebilen,
  • Sunum ve ikna kabiliyetine sahip,
  • İyi derecede yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilen,
  • Bankacılık ürün ve iş süreçlerine yönelik bilgi sahibi olan bir çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz.

Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to grow the service business by developing customer relationships and identifying new service sales opportunities. You will report to Service Sales Manager.

You will

  • Develop and grow service sales opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Identify new customers and build strong business relationships to expand the service business.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close service sales opportunities.
  • Promote service solutions including maintenance agreements, spare parts, optimization, field service and repairs.

Job Description

As Deep Learning and Computer vision engineer, you will develop and train the AI models that turn the drones camera images into a usable 3D representation of the environment. You will work with large custom datasets, to build a deep neural network we call the 3D Foundation model. You will work on CNN architectures, hyperparameter tuning, training infrastructure, and computer vision scripts from data augmentation and generation.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a hands-on R&D Mechanical Engineer to design and build a variable-angle wind tunnel for testing our VTOL delivery drones.

The wind tunnel will generate controlled wind speeds and directions while the aircraft remains mounted on a force-measurement test stand. The complete system will include motors, propellers, structural frames, airflow components, force sensors, actuators, and a large pivoting mechanism that allows the wind angle to be adjusted automatically.

This is a highly practical role involving CAD design, prototyping, fabrication, assembly, instrumentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design the complete wind tunnel structure and airflow system

Select and integrate motors, propellers, bearings, actuators, belts, gears, and structural components

Develop a pivoting mechanism that can automatically change the wind tunnel angle

Design test stands and fixtures for mounting VTOL aircraft

Integrate force sensors and other measurement equipment into the test setup

Create parts and assemblies in SolidWorks

Produce components using 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet materials, and workshop fabrication

Assemble, modify, and troubleshoot the physical system

Conduct airflow, vibration, structural, and mechanical tests

Work closely with flight-control and embedded-software engineers to integrate the wind tunnel into our verification pipeline

Improve the system based on test results and experimental data

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field

Strong SolidWorks or equivalent CAD skills

Experience designing and building mechanical systems or test equipment

Familiarity with motors, propellers, bearings, belts, gears, actuators, and structural assemblies

Experience with 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and workshop fabrication

Comfortable using workshop tools such as drills, Dremels, saws, adhesives, and hand tools

Good understanding of mechanical loads, vibration, tolerances, airflow, and structural design

Experience with wind tunnels, test rigs, drones, robotics, or aerospace systems is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
