🔍 What You'd Do:
- Architect and optimize
Salesforce release management pipelines (SFDX, Flosum/Copado, metadata APIs) while managing multi-tiered environments and quality automation gates across multiple concurrent System Integrators. - Lead CI/CD pipeline design and optimization
across Salesforce, AWS, and Azure using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and configuration management (Ansible, Chef). - Champion Git standards and advanced workflows
; establish and enforce code review protocols across your teams. - Design and provision secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS); embed DevSecOps practices: automated scanning, compliance-as-code, and secrets management. - Build observability stacks
(Datadog, Splunk, New Relic) to maximize uptime and lead incident response on tier-3 on-call rotations. - Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-assisted engineering tools
to reduce operational toil and drive continuous improvement. - Partner with
Security, Build, Operations, and Salesforce Architecture teams to establish governance and accelerate velocity.
👀 What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. - Advanced English
(C1/C2) for daily communication. - 7+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure
engineering, with
3+ years leading Salesforce release management
in complex multi-org environments. - Hands-on expertise with
Flosum and/or Copado
; strong command of
SFDX CLI
and
advanced Git
workflows. - Proven experience with
AWS or Azure
infrastructure using
Terraform
; solid
containerization
skills (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong scripting in
Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby
for custom pipeline automation. - Deep expertise in
CI/CD tooling
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and
configuration management
(Ansible, Chef). - Networking fundamentals
: DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPCs, VPNs. - Experience with
monitoring platforms
(Datadog, Splunk, New Relic). - ⭐️
PLUS:
Salesforce Architect certifications; multi-SI governance experience; AI-assisted DevOps background.
