SAP HCM Full-Stack Entwickler (Backend & Frontend) (m/w/d)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Visual / Web Designer based in Switzerland.
This is a project-based opportunity for a talented designer to shape polished digital experiences across marketing websites and landing pages.

You will combine strong visual craft with user-centered thinking to create interfaces that are both engaging and highly usable.

Working within scalable design systems, you will take projects from early concepts and visual direction through to final developer hand-off.

You will collaborate with researchers, strategists, designers, developers, clients, and senior stakeholders in a remote international environment.

The role offers the opportunity to work on complex digital challenges for ambitious organizations across different stages of growth.

You will have significant ownership over your work while contributing to a collaborative culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and continuous learning.

This 1–3 month engagement provides flexibility, with full-time and part-time arrangements available for experienced designers based in Europe.

Accountabilities

• Design digital experiences across marketing websites, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints, from initial concepts through to final developer hand-off.
• Define visual languages, design directions, interfaces, and visual assets that deliver consistent and engaging user experiences.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems with thoughtful component structures, file organization, naming conventions, and workflows.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts and solutions clearly.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs across desktop and mobile platforms, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and usability.
• Translate research, user needs, and data-driven insights into practical and intuitive interface solutions.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards that support consistency and scalability across projects.
• Transform complex technical concepts and interfaces into clear, visually compelling assets, including product visuals and diagrams.
• Consider motion and interaction as part of the design process and create experiences that feel engaging and purposeful.
• Present design concepts, research insights, and milestone deliverables to internal teams, clients, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and build alignment and confidence around proposed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency, technology company, or freelance environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, high-fidelity UI and web design work across desktop and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma is essential, with the ability to build structured, scalable, and collaborative design files.
• Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design systems, including components, typography, color, grids, and reusable patterns.
• Ability to combine visual excellence with human-centered design principles, accessibility, scalability, platform considerations, and storytelling.
• Experience translating research and user requirements into clear, practical interface solutions.
• Understanding of agency workflows and the ability to work effectively within project-based environments.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and usability.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for working with international colleagues and clients.
• Confidence presenting design concepts and research findings in client-facing meetings.
• Strong ownership, accountability, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus and bring stakeholders along with design decisions.
• Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes is a plus.
• Animation or motion design skills are an additional advantage.

Rattaché(e) à La Direction Data Et Transformation Digitale, Vous Participerez à L’animation Et à L’optimisation Des Outils Digitaux De L’entreprise. À Ce Titre, Vous Interviendrez Sur Les Missions Suivantes

• Assurer l’animation et la mise à jour du site, en veillant à la qualité et à la pertinence des contenus diffusés.
• Gérer les demandes de support et d’assistance des utilisateurs, en assurant le suivi et la résolution des sollicitations liées aux outils digitaux.
• Participer à la conception de supports de communication digitaux, notamment à travers la création de maquettes, visuels et bannières destinés aux différents canaux de communication.
• Réaliser des contenus multimédias (vidéos, tutoriels et démonstrations) afin d’accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils et des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience utilisateur en identifiant les besoins métiers et en proposant des solutions adaptées.
• Participer aux projets de transformation digitale de la direction en collaboration avec les différentes équipes métiers et techniques.

Qualifications
Vous intégrez à la rentrée prochaine un Master 1 dans les domaines du digital, du web, du marketing digital ou de la transformation numérique, et vous recherchez une alternance de 24 mois avec un rythme de 3 jours en entreprise et 2 jours en formation.

Vous possédez de solides compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles, vous permettant d’échanger efficacement avec les clients et de produire des contenus clairs et professionnels.

À l’aise avec les outils digitaux, vous maîtrisez la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Figma ainsi que les bases du développement web (HTML, CSS). La connaissance d’outils de création de contenus digitaux et de solutions d’accompagnement utilisateur constitue un véritable atout.

Autonome, curieux(se) et force de proposition, vous appréciez apprendre par vous-même et faire preuve de débrouillardise face à de nouvelles problématiques. Votre capacité à rechercher des solutions et à monter rapidement en compétences sera particulièrement appréciée.

Doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’écoute et de la communication, vous serez en contact direct avec les clients et les utilisateurs. Votre aisance relationnelle, votre professionnalisme ainsi que votre qualité d’expression écrite et orale seront des éléments clés de votre réussite.
