Az OTP Bank AI csapata tapasztalt Senior AI Engineer kollégát keres, aki vezető szerepet vállal nagy nyelvi modellekre épülő enterprise AI megoldások fejlesztésében, integrációjában és production környezetbe történő bevezetésében, szoros együttműködésben az architekt, enablement és fejlesztői szerepkörökkel.

Olyan tapasztalt kollégát keresünk, aki aktív szerepet vállal nagy nyelvi modellekre, RAG megoldásokra és agentikus működésre épülő enterprise AI rendszerek tervezésében, fejlesztésében és éles környezetbe történő integrációjában. A szerepkör fókusza a production-ready AI komponensek kialakításán, a backend és platform oldali integrációkon, valamint azon van, hogy az elkészült megoldások skálázhatóan, megbízhatóan és üzemeltethető módon illeszkedjenek a bank technológiai környezetébe.

Ezek a feladatok várnak nálunk:

Vezető szerepet vállalsz nagy nyelvi modellekre épülő AI rendszerek tervezésében, fejlesztésében és éles környezetbe történő integrációjában

Részt veszel AI rendszerek end-to-end műszaki megtervezésében, az infrastruktúra-, integrációs- és deployment igények meghatározásában

Nagy nyelvi modellekre épülő alkalmazásokat fejlesztesz, különösen RAG, agentikus és tool-using megoldások mentén

Követed a generatív AI piac és az AI engineering ökoszisztéma legfontosabb innovációit, és értékeled azok üzleti hasznosságát

Vendor AI megoldásokat integrálsz és hangolsz a bank technológiai környezetében

AI megoldásokat integrálsz backend rendszerekhez, adatplatformokhoz és üzleti alkalmazásokhoz (REST API, eseményvezérelt architektúra stb.)

Részt veszel a model serving és AI szolgáltatási réteg kialakításában

Támogatod az AI rendszerek monitorozását, teljesítményoptimalizálását és stabil működését

Konténerizált AI komponenseket fejlesztesz és támogatod azok bevezetését (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps)

Felügyeled a kódminőséget, alakítod a fejlesztési standardokat és mentorálod a junior kollégákat

Szorosan együttműködsz az architekt, enablement és fejlesztői szerepkörökkel

Téged várunk, ha van:

Több éves tapasztalatod AI engineering, ML engineering vagy szoftverfejlesztési területen

Magabiztos Python tudásod, valamint tapasztalatod production-ready, jól karbantartható kód fejlesztésében

Gyakorlatod nagy nyelvi modellekre épülő alkalmazások fejlesztésében vagy integrációjában, különösen RAG vagy agentikus megoldások esetén

Tapasztalatod AI vendor megoldások integrációjában és műszaki hangolásában

Ismereted REST API-k, microservice architektúrák és enterprise integrációs minták terén

Tapasztalatod konténerizációs és cloud környezetekkel (pl. Docker, Kubernetes)

We are growing our team to support new client implementation projects in the retail pricing and promotions space. We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who can turn functional requirements into a working, well-integrated platform configuration — someone equally comfortable configuring the P&P platform and writing the custom logic that makes a client’s setup work exactly as intended.

What You'll Do

Configure the P&P platform end to end, across both frontend and backend

What We Need

Hands-on P&P platform configuration experience (frontend & backend)

Experience optimizing forecast and attribution models

Ability to design and specify system integrations

German (native or C1) and business-level English

The team you’ll be working with: Mitigation Requirements
At Wise, we’re on a mission to make financial services faster, simpler, and more accessible for everyone. To achieve our mission, we also need to safeguard our platform against financial crime and ensure our customers’ money are safe. The Mitigation Requirements team plays a critical role in this by providing a highly scalable system to orchestrate which information we need to request from our customers, and then have automations and Servicing Agents to review it.

We are developing the infrastructure that provides teams at Wise with insights into the operational cost and risk associated with their ownership of the Wise product. This empowers them to enhance the product, reducing Wise's cost for customers and enabling a smoother experience when additional information is required from them. The infrastructure also enables automation of Servicing processes through a rich API in a distributed environment, and it is the core connection between customers and our Servicing agents.
