Apply on the employer's site

Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Lead AI Engineer with experience in Python, willing to join a Project for one of our Key Clients.

This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the Warsaw office.

Are you passionate about moving beyond AI experimentation and building real-world, production-ready AI applications? We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows. In this role, you won’t just work with models—you will build the systems that automate exception handling, data classification, decision-making, and reporting.

Working closely with our operations teams, you will turn complex manual business processes into seamless, automated cognitive workflows, directly reducing manual effort and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build Agentic Workflows: Design and implement AI-powered agents to handle triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues
  • Automate & Classify: Develop sophisticated natural language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
  • Bridge Business & AI: Collaborate closely with Regulatory Operations (Reg Ops) and business stakeholders to map out current workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation
  • Prototype to Production: Take ideas from initial Proof of Concept (PoC) all the way to robust, scalable production-ready LLM applications
  • Shape the Future Roadmap: Support long-term initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code-generation

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not just querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)
  • Strong experience with Python, LangChain, Cloud Technologies and LLM-based application development
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows
  • Ability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows

We offer

  • We gather like-minded people:
    • Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization
      • Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture
      • Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland
      • Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually
      • Business-driven relocation opportunities
  • We provide growth opportunities:
    • Career development programs
      • Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs
      • Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS)
      • English classes
  • We cover it all:
    • Stable pay
      • Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount
      • Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers)
      • Referral bonuses up to $2,000
      • Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more
      • Corporate, social and well-being events
  • Please, note:
    • Benefits listed above are available to employees only
      • We are open for working with Contractors. Terms of B2B cooperation agreements are agreed individually
      • We will reach out to selected candidates exclusively
