Uloga u kratko
Radit ćeš na stvarnim AI i automation projektima, od ideje do produkcije. Imat ćeš mentora, jasan plan razvoja i prostor da griješiš i učiš. Ako već imaš iskustvo iz drugih tehničkih uloga (razvoj, testiranje, administracija baza, podatkovna analitika…), tvoje će znanje biti itekako dobro došlo i pomoći će ti da brže napreduješ.

Što ćeš raditi
Sudjelovati u razvoju AI i automation rješenja uz podršku iskusnijih kolega

• Raditi s vodećim AI platformama i jezičnim modelima kroz njihove API-je
• Pomagati u automatizaciji poslovnih procesa koji oslobađaju timove repetitivnog posla
• Integrirati AI rješenja s postojećim internim sustavima i bazama podataka
• Pisati automatizirane testove koji provjeravaju rade li naša rješenja kako treba
• Sudjelovati u provjeri kvalitete AI odgovora i prepoznavanju grešaka
• Upoznati se s alatima za testiranje
• Pratiti kako naša rješenja rade u stvarnom okruženju
• Sudjelovati u rješavanju problema i učiti kroz iskustvo tima
• Raditi s osnovama DevOps-a (Git, Docker, CI/CD) kroz stvarne zadatke
• Raditi sa bazama podataka, SQL-a i razumijevanje osnovnih koncepata (upiti, tablice, relacije); iskustvo s modernim tipovima baza

Što očekujemo

• Znatiželju za AI i osnovno razumijevanje kako funkcioniraju najpoznatiji veliki jezični modeli
• Želju za učenjem, postavljanjem pitanja i radom u timu

Bit će plus (ali nije uvjet)

• Prethodno radno iskustvo u IT-u (razvoj, testiranje, administracija, analitika podataka…)
• Hobi projekt ili profesionalni projekt u kojem si koristio/la AI alate ili API-je
• Iskustvo s Git-om i osnovama DevOps-a
• Poznavanje najpoznatijih cloud platformi
• Sudjelovanje na hackathonima, open-source projektima ili stručnim zajednicama
• Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika (dokumentacija, alati)

Department/Project Description

Our client is a top healthcare device manufacturer from the USA, aimed to innovate and rock the market. The project represents a big system including integration between the embedded device, mobile application, and web services, and because of this, we are focusing a lot on the security aspects of the embedded system. The project is very structured, process driven and it is considered as technical excellence so we are paying huge attention to the technical challenge and motivation of our team members.

Requirements
Experience in QA engineering, writing automation scripts, and applying a framework approach to automation (python)

Expertise in automation tools

Experience with Behavior Driven Development methodology and BDD test automation tools (nice to have)

Experience with Backend and UI automation testing and open source tools

Experience build & continuous Integration using tools such Azure pipeline / Jenkins.

Knowledge about API, databases and cloud testing

Ability to learn quickly and grow in technical area

Education: Bachelor’s in CS/EE or related (Master’s preferred)

Familiarity with SDLC, test lifecycle, and Agile methodologies

English: Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

Working from office is a requirement in this role or hybrid.
Flexibility in working hours since client is from US and there might be a need to attend a meeting in the evening hours.
Job responsibilities

Programming automatic tests based on existing manual tests

Updating existing manual test scenarios in order to create automatic tests alternative to the adopted rules

Review of automation test (code) and test scenarios (description of steps in Test Tool)

Execution/creating reports on the execution of automated tests

Identifying/reporting/retesting bugs

Flexibility to do manual testing if needed

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.

This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including public TTS API, internal APIs like Payment, Subscription, Auth and Consumption Tracking, ensuring they meet business and scalability requirements
• Oversee the full backend API landscape, enhancing and optimizing for performance and maintainability
• Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration needs for enterprise clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with overall product strategy and user experience

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Proven experience in backend development: TS/Node (required)
• Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
• Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Preferred: Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes

The Croatia Based
Salary range for this role is: 30,000-65,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and support of technical solutions in HRnet
• Working with MS SQL database (designing and developing SQL procedures, T-SQL)
• Integration of the system and data migration
• Close collaboration with a team of various roles on the implementation and development of HRnet
• Communication with clients

What do you have to offer?

• Mid or senior level knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL or Oracle (willing to switch to MS SQL)
• Motivated, proactive and accustomed to work in a team
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or other areas
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in the HR domain will give you a headstart
• Fluent in Croatian and English
