Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment to translate ideas and research concepts into working solutions.

  • Debug and improve system performance across application and infrastructure layers
  • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services
  • Support development and integration of AI/GenAI features including NLP, RAG, and LLM APIs
  • Work with databases and data processing tools
  • Contribute to end-to-end system integration across backend, frontend, AI components, and authentication
  • Build, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist in configuring and debugging cloud/container environments

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on problem-solving mindset, and you thrive in collaborative environments by contributing actively to the team’s goals.

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or other relevant fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in software development with strong Python skills (APIs, debugging, basic architecture)
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (modularity, scalability, maintainability)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI concepts including NLP, LLMs, and RAG concepts, with LangChain as a plus
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab and basic knowledge of Linux, networking (HTT, APIs) and system debugging
  • Skills in AI workflows, authentication systems (SSO, OIDC) and basic frontend knowledge in React/Vue or JavaScript/TypeScript are a plus
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

Data Governance Technology (Senior) Consultant
, you will be embedded in our technology strategy team, advising clients across various industries such as financial services, energy, insurance, and manufacturing on how to design, implement, and operate modern data governance programmes.

This role spans the full spectrum, from early-stage strategy and tool selection, through hands-on platform configuration and data quality design, to stakeholder engagement with C-level executives and data stewards alike. You will work with best-in-class tooling and operate as a trusted advisor across the EMEA region.

  • Minimum
    3 years of experienc
    e working with data in a business or technical role
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, able to structure ambiguous problems and drive to meaningful conclusions
  • Ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements across different industries
  • Practical knowledge of Informatica (on-premise and/or cloud) configuration, metadata management, or data quality rule authoring and data integration
  • Practical knowledge of integrating third-party APIs using RESTful services, working with JSON/XML, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT), and API testing tools
  • Previous experience of data related projects (data warehouse, data lake, business intelligence, data quality or data governance)

  • Familiarity with Python, Java or Groovy scripting is a supporting skill, not the daily focus

The FC Generative AI team is researching and developing Machine Learning based game features that will enrich the experience of our players and transform the ways they interact with the FC game.

In this role you will join our cross-functional team to research, develop and integrate Machine Learning models from ideation and requirement analysis to productizing their application in FC game features.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate Machine Learning models and techniques for application in fields that include but are not limited to: automatic speech recognition, natural language processing and procedural content generation.
  • Tailor the functionality of these models and inference frameworks to fit FC’s requirements and integrate them into the game’s systems.
  • Optimize on device C++ runtime inference systems to match target platform constraints and meet performance KPIs.
  • Share knowledge on your work by directly engaging with other members of the game team to develop and ship features.
  • Evangelize the craft through presentations and interactive demonstrations, promoting Machine Learning best practices and applications within the team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Machine Learning field, consult with internal subject matter experts and collaborate with external AI technology vendors, in order to identify and prototype ML application opportunities within FC.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong computer programming fundamentals, proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Applied experience with optimising Machine Learning inference systems across memory, compute, latency or other real-time constraints.
  • Proven record of building, deploying and maintaining Machine Learning applications in productized software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience in optimizing ML models for memory and compute constrained real-time environments.
  • Experience working with real-time rendering engines and IHV GPU / NPU specific parallel computing platforms.

In this role, you will join our Technology Practice to build the foundation for a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.

What you will build

  • Build agentic systems and embed them in our clients' value chains to realize efficiencies as well as top line growth
  • Deliver technical artifacts like agents, MCP servers and agent skills that will be used in production workflows.
  • Develop and codify build and deployment patterns and contribute these assets to accilium as well as the open-source community.
