Senior Data Engineer

We're working with a leading online job platform in Switzerland, connecting talent with opportunities across various industries.

The Role

• Own and evolve the data warehouse stack, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
• Design and maintain sustainable business data models for reporting and analytics
• Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations and ETL pipelines
• Manage master data processes for accurate consolidation and consistency
• Translate business requirements into well-structured, documented data models
• Collaborate with BI and analytics consumers to ensure data accessibility and understanding

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and data modeling
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on query performance and maintainable transformation logic
• Solid experience designing dimensional or relational business data models for analytical use cases
• Working knowledge of AWS services relevant to the warehouse layer (S3, Redshift, Lambda)
• Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Tableau, with an understanding of model design impact on end-user experience
• Experience with master data management and cross-system data consolidation
