Unser Kunde, ein Unternehmen welches Leitungen und Anlagen im Bereich Hoch- und Mittelspannung betreibt und die Netze bereit für die Zukunft macht, sucht eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Engineering Teams für die Stelle als Junior Electrical Engineer/Junior Elektro Ingenieur.

Deine Aufgaben

Die folgenden Aufgaben sind die Tätigkeiten, die du nach der 6-monatigen Einarbeitung eigenständig übernehmen wirst. Alle aufgelisteten Aufgaben gehst du vorerst natürlich noch mit Unterstützung eines Senior Project Managers an. Keine Sorge – sammle einfach deine ersten Erfahrungen in einem tollen Unternehmen!

• Führe die Projekt- und Baubegleitung von Hoch- und Mittelspannungsprojekten durch
• Erfasse und analysiere die Anforderungen für die Planung und Verlegung von Kabel- und Freileitungen
• Kommuniziere mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Gemeinden und Bauteams
• Überwache Projektkosten und wähle sorgfältig Lieferanten sowie Materialien aus
• Dokumentiere regelmässig den Projektverlauf und die Ergebnisse

Anforderungen

• Bachelor Abschluss in Electrical Engineering, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieur oder Elektrotechniker HF
• Fliessendes Deutsch (C1) und fortgeschrittenes Englisch (B2)

About The Role
Camunda is going through the AI-First transformation, and we are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer
to join our
Engineering Operations Team
. As part of this high-impact platform team, you will play a key role in fostering engineering excellence by creating, implementing and maintaining scalable core processes to enhance development efficiency, reliability, and quality within the Camunda 8 code bases, as well as the Engineering-wide organization processes.

As Camunda 8 evolves into the leader of the agentic orchestration market, your mission is to ensure our internal development lifecycle is just as autonomous and gets us there in a frictionless manner. You will work with infrastructure and core software engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows, robust dependency management, and continuous improvement of CI processes in the era of AI-first development; enabling the Camunda 8 engineering teams to focus better on the core product development.

What You'll Be Doing

• AI-Augmented Engineering: Lead the shift toward an automated engineering lifecycle by implementing and orchestrating unified processes in the Camunda 8 repos - including AI-assisted processes like release management, autonomous dependency updates, and proactive CVE remediation.
• Continuously optimize CI/release health and development velocity using a metric-driven approach to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our AI-first workflows
• Collaborate with the key stakeholders to implement the CI strategy and engineering best practices, by creating a positive impact within the Engineering organization.
• Identify friction points in engineering workflows and evolve them into automated, self-sustaining systems that can handle the increased volume of an AI-augmented workforce - by effectively partnering with software engineers, engineering leaders and cross-team stakeholders

What You Bring
Must Haves:

• Strong Software Engineering experience with a track record of delivering results (preferably, in Java)

• Specialization: Fullstack or Backend

• Passion for engineering operational excellence beyond writing code, including CI/CD optimization, dependency management, release process enhancements, metrics collection, and build efficiency (DevOps mindset), and track record of owning and developing engineering processes end-to-end
• Strong experience in CI build tools (GitHub Actions, Java ecosystem - Maven, Docker) and automations (Shell/Python) in complex projects (e.g. monorepositories)
• Being a strong collaborator across teams and delivering impactful solutions in a platform-like environment.
• Experience in developer experience tools and process optimization & driving AI adoption

You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset

We offer fair, transparent, and competitive compensation. For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, allowing room for growth over time.

This project is part of the
SOC Enterprise initiative
, which aims to improve security monitoring coverage by identifying and addressing monitoring blind spots across different business units and technologies.

The role focuses on
onboarding new data sources and assets into Azure Data Explorer (ADX)
, ensuring that security logs are properly collected, parsed, normalized, and validated for effective monitoring and threat detection. A key responsibility is the development of
Azure Logic Apps
that leverage ADX data to automate security monitoring processes and support SOC operations.

The project also involves creating and optimizing
KQL queries
, developing automation through
Python, APIs, and integrations
, and producing comprehensive technical documentation, onboarding guides, and operational procedures. Additionally, the team is responsible for validating data quality, supporting monitoring dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth handover and maintenance of implemented solutions.
