Role description

We are looking for a proactiveSenior DevOps Engineer to join Dripify( dripify.com) - a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales, recruitment, marketing teams and founders automate and scale LinkedIn outreach.

Our product enables businesses to generate leads, build meaningful professional relationships, and create predictable pipeline through smart prospecting workflows and automation.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure end-to-end - reducing our reliance on a single infrastructure owner and taking direct responsibility for reliability, security, and compliance of production systems.

You will work hands-on with Terraform, ECS/EC2, RDS, and CI/CD pipelines, will be a key contributor to our ongoing SOC 2 Type II compliance program, and will help with planned migration to Kubernetes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, RDS, ALB, IAM, Security Groups, ECS or equivalent container orchestration)
  • Strong practical experience with Terraform (modules, remote state, multi-environment setups) - IaC is our default way of managing infrastructure
  • Solid Linux administration skills (systemd, networking, troubleshooting production issues)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) and automated deployment workflows
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, security groups/NACLs, DNS)
  • Ability to read, debug, and safely modify existing infrastructure code without full rewrites
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of infrastructure decisions
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed) - we are planning a migration from EC2/ECS to Kubernetes, so prior k8s experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks) or willingness to learn and apply them
  • Experience with blue/green or zero-downtime deployment strategies
  • Experience with PostgreSQL administration/RDS
  • Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, WAF) or similar CDN/edge providers

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development team with infrastructure-related requests (environment access, deployments, debugging infra-side issues)
  • Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform across multiple environments (dev/prod)
  • Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, including self-hosted runners and deployment automation
  • Implement and maintain security controls required for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 compliance
  • Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes (not just patches)
  • Manage RDS/PostgreSQL infrastructure, backups, and access controls
  • Document architecture decisions and keep infrastructure runbooks up to date

Work conditions:

  • 100% remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Competitive salary reflecting your skills and expertise.
  • 24 days of paid vacation per year to recharge and relax.
  • 10 days of paid sick leave.
  • Educational opportunities.
  • Compensation budget for medical and hobby/sport expenses.
  • Generous budget for birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Online and offline team events.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment with passionate team members.
