Als Senior DevOps Engineer übernimmst du die vollständige Betriebsverantwortung für zwei produktive, stark genutzte GenAI basierende Applikationen – von der Infrastruktur bis zum User Support. Du bringst nicht nur technische Tiefe mit, sondern auch die Seniorität, Prioritäten zu setzen, Prozesse zu gestalten und andere Teammitglieder mitzunehmen.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du optimierst den Produktionsbetrieb von zwei GenAI-Apps mit hoher täglicher Nutzerzahl – Stabilität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit
  • Du planst, verantwortest und automatisierst den gesamten Deployment-Prozess – von der CI/CD Pipeline bis zum Production Release – mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad, maximaler Reproduzierbarkeit und minimalem Risiko für den laufenden Betrieb
  • Du verwaltest die Cloud-Infrastruktur auf GCP und Azure mit Terraform, hast OpenShift Erfahrung und stellst einen reibungslosen Betriweb der Applikationen sicher
  • Du automatisierst iterativ – Monitoring, Alerting, Ticket-Routing, Deployments, User-Kommunikation – mit dem klaren Ziel, manuelle Arbeit Schritt für Schritt zu eliminieren. Was noch nicht automatisiert ist, erledigst du zuverlässig manuell – mit dem Blick dafür, was als nächstes dran ist
  • Du erkennst systemische Schwachstellen, machst Verbesserungsvorschläge und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um
  • Du bist enger Sparringpartner für PO, Entwicklungsteams und Business Stakeholder und übersetzt technische Realität in verständliche Kommunikation
