Joining us as a
DevOps Engineer,
you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile team responsible for designing and implementing automated solutions to support applications development at all stages (from dev environment to production ), while you will be closely collaborating with stakeholders such as the Software development engineers, test engineers, etc. of internal teams as well as on the customers’ side.

As a DevOps Engineer You Will

  • Build and set up development tools and infrastructure
  • Design and implement application life cycle management methodology based on State of the Art CI/CD tools Test and review automation Code.
  • Propose, design, implement and continuously improve DevOps services such as Logging, Monitoring etc
  • Automate and improve development and release processes
  • Install, configure, and maintain a harmonized deployment workflow
  • Apply cybersecurity measures

Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • Experience of at least 3 years in a DevOps or a similar role
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform) and Configuration-as-Code (e.g. Ansible) tools
  • Familiarity in building and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux environments
  • Knowledge of containers (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and Teamwork
  • Excellent command of the English Language (written & verbal)

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery tools (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with build tools (e.g. Maven) and scripting/programming languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Bash)
  • Experience with Git and Git workflows

What will your role be?

is looking for an
Operations Support Engineer
to fill an exciting role focusing on supporting, debugging and improving the functionality and performance of applications and systems running on high availability production environments. As an
Operations Support Engineer
with us, you'll have exposure to these systems and more, as you take our products and your career to the next level.

What you will be doing?

  • Owning and investigating a wide variety of production issues at both an application and database level;
  • Producing robust, well-written solutions for production issues;
  • Effectively communicating investigation status to the customer;
  • Deploying fixes to production environments;
  • Escalating issues to senior team members when appropriate to ensure effective resolution;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides;
  • Working in a rota that includes late/night shifts on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays

The Player

  • A bachelor's degree in a traditional science subject, ideally computer science, engineering or information systems from a well-regarded university;
  • Demonstrated experience in an application support role, with a proven record of technical investigation and creating solutions to problems;
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language (Java, J2EE, C, C++, Python, PHP, etc.) and SQL queries;
  • Strong fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms);
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • An ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, manage workload and escalate in a timely manner

What You'll Bring

  • Adequate knowledge of any Unix/Linux distributions (e.g. Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.) and bash shell commands;
  • Adequate knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Squadcast etc.);
  • Experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP);
  • Adequate knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, HTML5 and CSS) and Internet protocols (XML, HTTP, TCP/IP);
  • Experience using version control systems (GIT, Subversion, CVS);
  • Adequate knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Python, JavaScript);
  • Familiarity with the Jira ticketing system

The Role
As a
Senior Systems And Cloud Solutions Architect Engineer
you will join our IT Operations team in supporting and evolving our production and cloud-based infrastructure. The successful candidate must have a skill pool that enables configuration and administration of Viva servers and network infrastructure. In addition to this, suitable candidates should also be able to take point in resolving escalated incidents and issues logged by our internal ticketing system.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of production IT infrastructure (On premises & Cloud);
  • Design, deploy and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure; including Azure Active Directory, IaaS infrastructure (VMs, Networking firewalls/security,VPN IPSec), SaaS and PaaS infrastructure (services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Databases, AKS, Service Fabric,App Services,etc);
  • Be in charge of the maintenance, configuration and administration of networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls and load-balancers;

The opportunity
Patch and Vulnerability Management is a foundational capability for modern cyber resilience. Organizations need to continuously identify exposures, prioritize remediation based on real risk, and deploy fixes safely across complex endpoint, server and cloud estates. In this role, you will help our clients strengthen their security posture by designing, improving, and operationalizing vulnerability and patch management processes and by leveraging automation to increase speed, quality, and auditability.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our security engineering/operations delivery teams, responsible for establishing and running end-to-end vulnerability and patch management in alignment with client needs and operating models.

  • Deliver end‑to‑end vulnerability assessment and risk‑based remediation prioritization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate scope, impact, and remediation approach across environments.
  • Plan and govern patching activities in line with SLAs, maintenance windows, and change processes.
  • Execute standard and emergency patching with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback controls.
  • Operate and continuously optimize patching and remediation tooling (e.g. Intune, Azure Update Manager, MECM/SCCM, Tanium).
  • Drive automation and scripting to improve remediation efficiency and operational quality.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, and ownership to enable accountability and reporting.
  • Produce operational and executive‑level reporting, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience establishing and/or operating Vulnerability & Patch Management processes in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and patch prioritization principles (risk/exposure-based).
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise endpoint/server patching operations and change-controlled environments.
