You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support modern application delivery.

  • Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources across environments
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery
  • Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Improve release processes with a focus on scalability, performance, and automation
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions (e.g., Grafana) to ensure system health
  • Establish and enforce security best practices, including access control, encryption, and compliance
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and high-availability architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers while promoting DevOps best practices

What You Bring Matters

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or IT operations
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and configuration management tools
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
  • Solid experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana)
  • Experience in disaster recovery design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of security practices, encryption, and compliance
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to lead incident resolution

Senior Site Reliability Engineer
to join the
Core Reliability & Observability
team in
Platform Engineering
.Your mission will be to shape Doctolib's observability strategy and ensure our platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable at a European scale. You will work in a feature team developing logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting capabilities, contributing directly to supporting 400,000 health professionals and 80 million patients in their daily healthcare journey.Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the observability strategy across the platform, with an emphasis on building scalable, developer-friendly logging and tracing capabilities
  • Identify and lead large-scale cross-cutting reliability initiatives, including improvements to our incident detection, response, and postmortem analysis capabilities
  • Take part in the on-call rotation, and actively contribute to improving our on-call experience by refining alerting, reducing noise, and ensuring actionable telemetry

Who you are

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a solid hands-on experience (3y+) on a large-scale production platform
  • Have proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Have solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Have a strong understanding of Helm for managing Kubernetes manifests and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows
  • Have deep expertise in observability tooling and architecture, such as:
    • Logging: Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Vector
    • Tracing: OpenTelemetry or proprietary APMs
    • Metrics: Prometheus, Thanos, Datadog, or equivalent
  • Have proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go, Java, etc.) and a deep understanding of infrastructure as code principles
  • Have experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Like troubleshooting performance issues in complex environments
  • Are fluent in English

It would be fantastic if you:

  • Have experience contributing to open-source observability projects
  • Have worked in a high-growth tech environment

We are looking for a Senior Linux Cloud Engineer to join our cloud operations and engineering teams. In this role, you will act as a senior technical authority, providing Level 3 (L3) support for mission-critical Linux environments and contributing to the design, stability, and continuous improvement of cloud and hybrid platforms.

You will work hands-on with Linux systems, containerized workloads, automation, monitoring, and network technologies, while serving as an escalation point for complex incidents and mentoring lower support tiers.

To keep it short, below are some key responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for mission-critical Linux environments, with a strong focus on Debian and Ubuntu–based systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Design, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads running on Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster health, workload scaling, and networking-related issues.

  • Administer and optimize Redis deployments, including performance tuning, availability, and incident resolution in production environments.

  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting using Zabbix, proactively identifying performance issues and preventing service disruptions.

  • Manage and troubleshoot load balancing and traffic management solutions using HAProxy and NetScaler (where applicable), ensuring secure and efficient application delivery.

  • Configure, secure, and maintain web server stacks based on Apache and Nginx, including SSL/TLS, performance tuning, and integration with backend services.

  • Support and collaborate on network security and firewall configurations, with hands-on experience in Palo Alto and/or Clavister environments.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve automation and configuration management using Ansible, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across environments.

  • Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure and operational processes, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and remediation.

  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, implementing long-term fixes and preventive measures.

  • Collaborate with cloud, application, and infrastructure teams to design, improve, and optimize solutions.

  • Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.

Requirements and technical knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency with Linux system administration, particularly Debian and Ubuntu
