Dans un contexte de croissance, vous prenez la responsabilité d'une infrastructure réelle, en production, qui porte un service de santé utilisé chaque jour. Vous travaillez en lien direct avec le CTO et pouvez vous appuyer sur des experts externes au besoin.

Les fondations sont saines : tout est en infrastructure as code, provisionné et orchestré par Ansible et nos pipelines automatisés. Votre mandat n'est pas de reconstruire : il est de vous approprier cette solution, de la stabiliser, puis de la faire vivre et grandir.

Vos missions :

  • Prendre en main et cartographier notre infrastructure cloud (hébergement agréé HDS), la comprendre en profondeur, compléter sa documentation.
  • Faire vivre l'infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) et l'automatisation d'exploitation : patching, sauvegardes, conformité.
  • Stabiliser le socle : capacité, certificats, réseaux, sauvegardes, plan de reprise.
  • Fiabiliser la chaîne CI/CD au service d'une équipe produit qui livre en continu.
  • Renforcer l'observabilité : monitoring, alerting, gestion d'incidents, postmortems.
  • Porter la sécurité opérationnelle : gestion des secrets, moindre privilège, durcissement.
  • Contribuer en première ligne à nos certifications ISO 27001 et SOC 2, aux côtés du RSSI et de l'équipe qualité.

Notre environnement technique : Terraform, Ansible, Docker, OVH (hébergement agréé HDS) et AWS, GitHub Actions. Applications PHP / Symfony et Node. Le détail complet de la plateforme vous sera présenté en entretien.

PROFIL

  • Vous avez au moins 7 ans d'expérience DevOps / SRE en production, dont une expérience indispensable et significative d'OVHcloud ou d'un cloud OpenStack, notre socle principal.
  • Vous savez reprendre une infrastructure que vous n'avez pas construite : la lire, la cartographier, la stabiliser avant de l'optimiser. La refonte totale n'est pas votre premier réflexe.
  • Vous avez une solide pratique de Terraform et Ansible en production, des conteneurs et des pipelines CI/CD.
  • Vous avez une culture sécurité affirmée : vous savez gérer des secrets, cloisonner des accès, penser en moindre privilège.
  • Vous documentez ce que vous reprenez comme ce que vous construisez : runbooks, schémas, procédures.
  • Vous avez une expérience en environnement réglementé (finance, santé, HDS, ISO 27001)

About the role
As a DevOps Team Leader, you will join Mega Cloud Services (MCS), a global organisation of 27 professionals across Service Delivery Management, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps. Working in an international environment spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, MCS supports cloud platforms at scale.

Based in Paris and reporting to the Director of Mega Cloud Services, this role is ideal for an experienced DevOps professional ready to take the next step into team leadership. You will contribute to technical direction, team coordination, and operational excellence within a highly collaborative, cross‑functional setup.

What will you do
Modernization and Automation

  • Transform and automate the deployment and management of a Legacy Cloud application.
  • Migrate and refactor existing processes to improve their efficiency and resilience.

Implementation of DevOps Tools and Procedures

  • Deploy robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and log management tools to oversee the application and infrastructure.
  • Standardize DevOps processes and train teams on best practices.

Optimization of Azure Cloud Infrastructure

  • Analyze the existing Azure Cloud infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize costs, performance, and security of Azure resources.
  • Collaborate closely with Cloud architects to make appropriate technical choices.

Support and Guidance

  • Assist Cloud engineers in their daily tasks.

What we are looking for

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, and you have around 5 years of experience in a senior DevOps / cloud role.
  • You have strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including resource management, PaaS services, networking, production environments, and exposure to Azure architecture and security; an Azure certification (e.g. AZ‑400, AZ‑305) is a plus.
  • You have senior‑level DevOps expertise, covering CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell), and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor.
  • You are comfortable guiding and driving a team without formal line management, coordinating engineers and external partners, running meetings, and producing clear technical documentation; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
  • You have experience modernising, maintaining, or supporting legacy cloud applications.
  • You are fluent in English and French and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You are a strong problem solver and communicator, with a collaborative, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.

, your mission will be to lead the Reliability & Observability team and drive the evolution of Doctolib's observability platform, supporting the exponential growth of Doctolib services while building and empowering a world-class SRE team.Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.You will lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers who are responsible for shaping Doctolib's observability strategy and ensuring our platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of people management, technical leadership, and strategic planning with a particular focus on building organizational capabilities around logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.Your team also owns and operates critical transversal services that enable secure, scalable infrastructure management across the organization, including HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and Terraform Enterprise for infrastructure as code.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
People Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, supporting their technical development and career progression
  • Create a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and psychological safety within the team
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top SRE talent aligned with Doctolib's mission and values

Technical Strategy:

  • Drive prioritization and roadmap planning for large-scale reliability and observability initiatives

  • Advocate for and allocate resources toward reducing technical debt and improving developer experience

Operational Excellence:

  • Own the team's on-call experience and contribute to the incident response processes, ensuring sustainable practices and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of transversal services that are critical to the entire engineering organization
  • Lead postmortem reviews and drive systemic improvements to prevent recurring issues

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and architects to align observability capabilities with product and platform needs
  • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to evolve secrets management and IaC practices across the organization
  • Represent the OREO team in engineering leadership forums, architectural reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Foster strong partnerships with software engineering teams to improve instrumentation quality and adoption of observability best practices

Who you are

  • You have at least 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience, with a strong technical background in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS, GCP, and/or Kubernetes-based)
  • You have 3+ years of engineering management experience, leading technical teams (ideally SRE, platform, or infrastructure teams)
  • You have deep understanding of observability tooling and architecture (Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Thanos, Datadog)
  • You have experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu) and secrets management systems (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
  • You have proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership, able to mentor engineers, review technical designs, and guide architectural decisions

Now it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have experience scaling SRE or platform teams in fast-growing, high-traffic environments
  • Have background in designing and operating high-scale telemetry pipelines
  • Have hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and Terraform Enterprise in production environments
  • Have hands-on experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Ruby)
  • Have experience driving cultural and technical transformations
