As part of a growing engineering team in Kraków, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack Web) who enjoys building scalable, customer-facing applications and wants to work on products that have a real impact on a global user base.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
- Build customer-facing features across both frontend and backend layers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers.
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Develop solutions using modern web technologies, APIs, and microservices.
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practices.
- Help improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack web applications.
- Solid knowledge of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React (
or similar frontend frameworks) - HTML & CSS
- C# /.NET and Web APIs
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, international teams.
- Passion for building high-quality products used by real customers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React, Ember, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservice architectures.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Background in automated testing for web and backend applications.
- Exposure to IoT or large-scale customer-facing systems.
