About The Role
We're seeking a
Full Stack Engineer
to join the core platform engineering team, focusing on developing, scaling, and maintaining mission-critical software for defense logistics. This role involves integrating with legacy systems and supporting high-impact workflows, directly contributing to the reliability and scalability of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality across frontend interfaces, backend services, and APIs.
• Implement integrations with external systems, including legacy government and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed teams to translate customer requirements into production-ready features.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Support the onboarding and technical development of new engineering team members.

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering real projects and products to production.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with experience in at least one frontend framework such as React, Svelte, or Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Willingness to relocate to the US - mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
• Equity: 0.05% – 0.3% real equity.
• Onsite work model based in Warsaw.

Job Description
We are looking for a
ServiceNow Developer
to join the
Sopra Steria Polska
team and contribute to the projects for our clients.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Review, optimize, and refactor custom code to ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation activities.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

Must Have Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English B2/C1.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.

Nice to Have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HRSD, SLO, ITOM, or similar.
• French B2/C1.

Salary range:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, with an emphasis on AI/ML, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

The Full Stack Engineer, MDS IIM, is a member of the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) Digital R&D team. They work closely with the MSC Engineering teams to support the End-to-End (E2E) IIM process through project portfolio management solutions, engaging cross-functionally to ensure products deliver against defined business requirements.
