Aufgaben
In dieser spannenden Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen in anspruchsvollen Industrieumgebungen.

Zu Deinem Tätigkeitsbereich Gehören

  • Design, Implementierung und Dokumentation moderner Kommunikationsnetzwerke
  • Erstellung von Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Netzwerkkomponenten (Fortinet, Cisco, Arista)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundeninfrastrukturen
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung im Pre-Sales-Bereich
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkprobleme

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ Systemtechnik inkl. IT-Weiterbildung (HF/FH)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, IPsec und Firewalls
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Fortinet (FortiGate/FortiManager) und/oder Cisco/Arista
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Routing & Switching (z. B. Cisco CCNA/CCNP oder Fortinet NSE4/5)
  • Erfahrung mit IaC-Tools (Ansible, Terraform) oder IAM-Systemen (z. B. Okta) von Vorteil
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B

As an ethical hacker / penetration tester, you will work with clients across various industries to ensure their applications and infrastructure are secure. You will be supported by your team who will help you to leverage your prior experience while growing and building up your penetration testing expertise and staying up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and procedures.

How You Can Make An Impact

  • Perform penetration tests for web and mobile applications and other security assessments such as code reviews where technical skills are essential
  • Document your findings in a high-quality, easy to read report, present it to the client and explain the steps required for remediation
  • Share your expertise as part of projects in the area of cyber security, including red teaming, secure software development and attack surface management.
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Support business development activities such as supporting the proposal creation process, which includes establishing an understanding of the problems our clients would like to address and designing our solution/response.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have minimum 3 years experience in cyber security, ideally as a penetration tester
  • You participated in CTF events, hacking challenges such as Hack The Box or bug bounty programs
  • You have a completed Bachelor or Master’s degree with a strong academic record in computer science or a similar field
  • A good understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and penetration testing related certifications such as OSCP or OSWE are a strong advantage
  • Software development skills would be a plus
  • Experience in vulnerability management would be an added advantage.
  • You are completely fluent in English, fluency in German and/or French is a strong advantage

In dieser spannenden und verantwortungsvollen Position trägst du dazu bei, dass die Steuerungssysteme im Schweizer Höchstspannungsnetz während ihres ganzen Lebens sicher vor Cyberangriffen sind. Du verantwortest das OT-spezifische Cyber-Security-Lifecycle-Management von Systemen der Stationsautomation (SAS) und angrenzender OT-Komponenten. Mit deiner mehrjährigen Erfahrung im OT-Umfeld stellst Du gemeinsam mit Engineering, Betrieb, Projekten und Einkauf sicher, dass Cyber-Security-Anforderungen bei Swissgrid durchgängig, normenkonform und praxisnah umgesetzt werden.
