This unified retailing approach operates primarily through the Marketplace project and the Cache-powered Intelligent Shopping system.
Key features include:
- Unified Workflow:
Travel agents can shop, compare, and book across different content sources on a single screen without needing to navigate between disparate airline systems. - Pre-generated Caching:
Uses a cloud-based data cube to generate offers at sub-second speeds, vastly improving system look-to-book ratios and reducing search times. - Next-Generation APIs:
Utilizes modular APIs like
Flight Shop

By integrating this technology, travel brands and AI-driven applications are able to handle the rising complexity of personalized airline offers at scale"
