Role description

About rewalt:

rewalt:
is a high-tempo FinTech ecosystem bridging the gap between institutional trading and real-world capital utility. We unite multi-asset MT5 execution, automated social copy-investing (
rewalt: copy
), and instant liquidity via our proprietary Visa card program (
rewalt: cards
).

We operate lean, move with extreme velocity, and reject bloated corporate overhead. As we scale our active client base from 200 to 1,000+ monthly funded traders (FTDs) while driving blended CAC below $250, we are seeking a hands-on, autonomous
Marketing Analyst / Analytics Engineer
to own our Single Source of Truth data infrastructure, full-funnel tracking, and multi-product analytics.

About Role:

Location:
Fully Remote (European Time Zone preferred)

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Reports to:
CMO

The Reality of the Role (Why this is unique)

You will not be writing Jira tickets for a 10-person data engineering team. Our core backend developers are dedicated to high-frequency trading engines, banking rails, and payment gateways.

You are both the architect and the builder.
You are equally comfortable writing complex SQL queries in ClickHouse, configuring dataLayer events in GTM, designing schemas in Metabase, and modeling unit economics across trading volume and Visa card transactions. You serve as the vital technical bridge connecting performance media buyers to back-office CRM and financial data.

What You Will Own & Build

  • Visa Card Product Analytics & Lifecycle Tracking (rewalt: cards):
  • Build the end-to-end tracking pipeline for our Visa card program integrated into UpTrader CRM.
  • Monitor the full card adoption funnel: Trading Profit Milestone - Card Application - Issuance - Wallet Tokenization (Apple Pay / Google Pay) - First POS Spend.
  • Model cardholder unit economics: spend velocity, ATM vs. POS volume, interchange revenue, and the direct correlation between card ownership and trader retention (validating our 2.4x LTV expansion benchmark).
  • Custom Web & Form Tracking Architecture (GTM):
  • Audit, maintain, and enhance tracking across our custom frontend authorization and registration forms (which interface with our UpTrader CRM backend).
  • Maintain clean dataLayer event structures, custom JavaScript variables, and trigger logic within Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure zero attribution loss and accurate parameter forwarding (ClickID, SubID, UTM, device fingerprints) from initial ad click to CRM account creation.
  • Paid Media Tracking & Infrastructure (Meta, TikTok, Google):
  • Collaborate directly with our in-house media buyers (Google Search, Meta, TikTok) to prepare, QA, and validate tracking environments before major campaign launches.
  • Deploy and monitor server-side tracking pipelines: Meta Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Events API, and Google Enhanced Conversions.
  • Implement offline conversion feedback loops to train ad platform algorithms on verified KYC, funded accounts (FTDs), and card activations rather than shallow lead registrations.
  • Unified Cross-Platform Identity Stitching:
  • Build and maintain the unified data models in our ClickHouse DWH connecting:
  • Auth0 SSO (Web & Mobile App Authentication)
  • UpTrader CRM (Client Profiles, KYC Status, Payment Records & Visa Card Issuance)
  • MetaTrader 5 (Trade Tickets, PnL, Spreads, and Volume Logs)
  • Track360 (Affiliate & Partner Referral Attribution)
  • Full-Funnel Business Intelligence (Metabase):
  • Design, automate, and maintain operational and executive dashboards covering:
  • Full Funnel Dynamics: Impressions - Clicks - Regs - SumSub KYC - Account Creation - FTD - Card Order.
  • Cohort LTV & Unit Economics: CAC payback periods, net deposits, trading volume churn, and multi-product revenue expansion (Spread + Copy Fees + Card interchange).
  • Product Account Segmentation: Cohort analytics comparing our dedicated account types (Standard_Direct, Standard_CopyFollower, Standard_CopyMaster).
  • Partner Intelligence: Track360 affiliate ROI, sub-IB network performance, and master-trader volume multipliers.
  • Lifecycle Automation Triggers (Customer.io):
  • Configure event pipelines and webhooks to trigger automated behavioral funnels (e.g., registrations stalled without deposit for 24h, trading profit generated - card activation prompt, card issued but unused for 5 days)

Our Current Data & Marketing Stack

  • Identity & Authentication: Auth0 (SSO across web portal and mobile terminals)
  • Frontend & Form Tracking: Custom-built React/Web frontend + Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • CRM & Card Management: UpTrader CRM (Client office, Back-office, Card module)
  • Card Issuing Infrastructure: Visa / Licensed issuing partner
  • Trading Engines: MetaTrader 5 (STP/A-Book), Pelican Trading (rewalt: copy white-label)
  • Affiliate Tracking: Track360 (Dedicated SaaS affiliate platform)
  • Lifecycle & Retention: Customer.io
  • Data Warehouse & BI: ClickHouse / PostgreSQL + Metabase
  • Paid Media Channels: Google Ads (Search/PPC), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Telegram, and Direct Financial Portals (Investing.com, FXStreet)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Growth Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer within FinTech, Neo-Banking, Crypto Card Programs, or Forex/CFD Brokerages.
  • Understanding of Card / Payment Economics: Familiarity with debit/prepaid card issuance funnels, interchange revenue, and spend cohort behavior is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Web Analytics: Proven ability to write custom JavaScript variables, debug custom form submissions, structure complex dataLayers, and troubleshoot event timing issues.
  • Paid Media Tracking Mastery: Hands-on experience setting up, debugging, and auditing Meta Pixel/CAPI, TikTok Events API, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
  • Advanced SQL: Ability to write clean, high-performance analytical queries, window functions, and aggregation models in ClickHouse or PostgreSQL.
  • Practical ELT/Pipeline Skills: Experience connecting webhooks, REST APIs, and third-party tools into a DWH using modern automation platforms (Make, Python, Airbyte, or Fivetran).
  • Familiarity with Brokerage/FinTech Data: Prior exposure to UpTrader CRM, MetaTrader 4/5 logs, or affiliate platforms (Track360) is a major plus.
  • Extreme Ownership: You proactively spot data anomalies, audit tracking leaks, test your own implementations, and provide solutions before being asked.
  • Fluent Professional English: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights and collaborate directly with leadership.
  • Real Operational Impact: You own the company's entire data narrative across trading and fintech card products. Your work directly governs how seven-figure budgets are deployed.
  • 100% Remote & Agile: Work from anywhere with a high-caliber, distributed international team that moves fast and despises red tape.
  • Direct Access to Leadership: Weekly 1-on-1 alignment with the CMO and Founders.
  • Competitive Package: Attractive USD/EUR-pegged compensation with performance incentives tied to platform scaling milestones.

Site Reliability Engineer – Data & AI

Procter & Gamble

Role description

Job Location
WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE

Job Description
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who builds things — AI agents, automations, and tools that keep our enterprise data pipelines running at scale. If you write production-quality code and are excited by the challenge of building AI-powered systems, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build LLM-enabled AI agents that detect, classify, and diagnose issues in data pipelines — replacing manual investigation with automated reasoning and self-healing workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed observability, reliability, and resilience from design through to production — not add it after things break.
  • Build proactive data quality systems — automated checks that validate data as it flows through pipelines, catching issues before they reach consumers.
  • Build logging and monitoring tooling that automatically surfaces issues before they impact downstream users — making failures visible and debuggable.
  • Investigate failures, identify root causes, and turn learnings into better systems.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Strong software development skills in Python — you write production-quality code.
  • Practical experience building with LLMs or AI agents; you have shipped something that uses generative AI in a production or near-production context.
  • Working knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred), including Infrastructure as a Code (e.g. Terraform).
  • Experience building logging systems in production.

We offer

  • P&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.
  • Wide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).
  • Competitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).
  • Regular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.
  • Opportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.

At Procter & Gamble we embrace a
hybrid work model
that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office engagement. Employees can enjoy the option to work from home two days a week while also spending time in the office to foster teamwork and enhance communication.

Kindly be advised that at P&G, employment is exclusively extended on the basis of an "Umowa o Pracę" (Full-time Employment Contract). Apply only if you agree to these conditions.

  • Annual salary range of €90,000–€140,000, depending on location, employment type, skills, and experience.
  • Stock options in addition to salary, with a significant equity component.
  • Unlimited paid vacation.
  • Flexible working hours and an async-friendly culture.
  • High level of ownership with low bureaucracy and minimal unnecessary meetings.
  • Personal development support covering courses, books, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
  • Regular team offsites and opportunities to connect with colleagues in person.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale data products with direct customer impact.
  • Exposure to modern technologies across AWS, GCP, Spark, Airflow, LLMs, AI agents, lakehouse architectures, and infrastructure as code.
  • Opportunity to influence AI-assisted search, recommendations, and intelligent data products from the early stages.
