Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Implementierung & Anpassung Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS Apps (standardisiert oder kundeneigen) im SAP HCM-Umfeld.
  • Prozessoptimierung Digitalisierung von HR-Workflows, z.B. Urlaubsanträge, Reisekostenabrechnung, Zeiterfassung (CATS), Gehaltsnachweise.
  • Weiterentwicklung Weiterentwicklung der FIORI/UI5-Anwendungen zur Erhöhung der User Experience (UX) und Mobilität.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement Anbindung an das SAP HCM Backend, Sicherstellung der Datenintegration.
  • Entwicklung kundeneigener Reports und Lösung im SAP HCM mittels ABAP/ABAP-OO
  • Einführung Customizing und Konfiguration ESS/MSS und Fiori-Launchpad
  • User Support & Schulung Betreuung der Anwender bei der Nutzung der Self-Services.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar.
  • >5 Jahre Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der SAP-Komponente „Employee & Manager Self Services“
  • Kenntnisse in angrenzenden SAP HCM Modulen Personaladministration, Zeitwirtschaft, Organisationsmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData-Services, WebDynpro
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP/ABAP-OO, BAdIs, BAPIs, User-Exits
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von Apps auf der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) und des Clean-Core Ansatzes
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Migration von SAP ECC nach H4S4 und Integrationsszenarien (z.B. SAP SuccessFactors/H4S4) im Umfeld SAP BTP und Integration Suite (CPI)
