Job Description
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions. Your role will include:

  • Leading or supporting ServiceNow IRM implementation workstreams across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Issues Management, Controls, Indicators, and Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Translating customer risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements into ServiceNow solution designs.
  • Facilitating technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders, compliance teams, risk owners, internal audit, security teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Designing scalable data models for entities, risks, controls, policies, authority documents, citations, indicators, issues, evidence, and assessments.
  • Configuring ServiceNow IRM applications, workflows, forms, portals/workspaces, notifications, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
  • Supporting regulatory implementation use cases such as DORA compliance, ICT risk management, third-party risk, operational resilience, control testing, audit evidence collection, and regulatory reporting.
  • Advising customers on ServiceNow IRM best practices and helping them avoid unnecessary customization.
  • Supporting integrations with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SecOps, CMDB, APM, SAM/HAM, Vendor Management, and Performance Analytics.
  • Working with architects, business consultants, project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Reviewing user stories, solution designs, configurations, and technical deliverables.
  • Coaching junior consultants and contributing to internal IRM capability growth.

Required Experience
What we are looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow IRM / GRC / Risk & Compliance implementations.
  • Ability to act as a trusted technical consultant in customer-facing engagements.
  • Solid understanding of GRC concepts such as:
  • Risk lifecycle
  • Control frameworks
  • Policy and compliance management
  • Audit management
  • Issue and remediation management
  • Evidence collection
  • Third-party/vendor risk
  • Regulatory obligation tracking
  • Experience implementing solutions for compliance or regulatory programs such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX, SOC, GDPR, Operational Resilience, or similar.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow configuration, data model decisions, workflows, and technical designs.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, notifications, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose pragmatic, platform-aligned solutions.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance – CIS-RC.
  • Experience with Third-Party Risk Management / Vendor Risk Management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, CMDB, APM, SAM/HAM, or ITSM in the context of risk and compliance.
  • Experience with regulatory resilience topics such as DORA, ICT risk, critical third parties, operational resilience, and business service mapping.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, public sector, telecom, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, and executive-level risk reporting.
  • Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring other consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Messaging Value Stream Agile Master.
  • Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
  • Review internal and external operational processes in order to optimize repair efficiency.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Be ready to lead the repair team squad by managing, steering, and coordinating team activities when required.
  • Follow up on network and service availability and quality, performing proactive and reactive maintenance actions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Care team to identify and resolve problems reported by customers.
  • Perform incident management activities as well as planned works.
  • Cooperate with vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure proper service delivery.
  • Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects, in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Take part in guard duty services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in telecom, mainly in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming areas (mobile telecommunications or international carrier telecom).
  • Familiarity with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards.
  • Good knowledge of SS7 / SIGTRAN, LTE, GSM call flows, and roaming scenarios.
  • Good operational knowledge of Linux.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be an advantage

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
  • Experience with HTTPS (APIs), MMS, Kibana, or Openmind software.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (containers, Ansible, CI/CD, Splunk, Kubernetes, AWS, etc).
  • Knowledge of Docker.
  • Experience with IT tools and scripting, such as Splunk or Python.

We're looking for an
Associate, ServiceNow Engineer
to join our growing technology team and help drive the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), supporting the delivery of reliable, scalable and automated technology services across the organisation. You'll work with a modern ServiceNow environment, designing intelligent workflows, improving operational processes and developing integrations that enhance the employee experience and increase service efficiency. From Incident and Change Management to CMDB and Discovery, you'll play a key role in shaping how technology services are delivered and supported. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and wants to take ownership of impactful solutions while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management, Discovery and CMDB.
  • Design and optimise workflows that automate operational processes, improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow configurations, ensuring platform stability, performance and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Manage and improve CMDB data quality, configuration governance and service dependency mapping.
  • Deploy, maintain and optimise ServiceNow Discovery to provide accurate visibility of infrastructure and service relationships.
  • Build dashboards, reports and analytics that provide meaningful operational insights, KPI tracking and service performance monitoring.
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing, platform upgrades and release activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational activities, strengthen controls and improve platform efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow governance, development standards and platform best practices.
  • Support and mentor junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate across the wider ServiceNow ecosystem and contribute to ongoing platform transformation initiatives.

Need to Have

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Experience developing workflows, automations and platform enhancements using ServiceNow development tools.
  • Experience building integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of service modelling, dependency mapping and configuration management principles.
  • Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, reports and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform governance, development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
