The reliability of our messaging platform serves as a foundation for our customers’ mobile communication and operations. Our role in Messaging Operations is to proactively look at worldwide routing patterns, define the optimal routing profile per customer, monitor message delivery rates, and general connectivity performance across our many messaging paths. The ideal candidate must be able to connect the dots across disparate data points, troubleshoot, investigate, and use judgment while providing real-time support, detailed guidance, and recommendations to support our customer’s routing needs. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Carrier Partnerships, Service Quality, Consumer Trust and Enablement Team, Customer Success and Sales. You will work with an experienced international team dedicated to improving messaging performance and profiling our underlying interconnectivity based on quality vs. cost.

The role is a critical position and strategic in refining Telesign’s Messaging Operational processes. With the strategy defined, this individual will identify bottlenecks, create documentation, and ultimately earn stakeholder buy-in.

This role will primarily be staffed during core business hours, Monday through Friday, with the potential need to support outage events during the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Telesign’s underlying routing logic and vendor dependencies.
• Advanced troubleshooting of message delivery and customer-based routing escalations.
• Work with teams to proactively identify service-impacting issues at the correct aggregation level and adjust customer routing profiles to ensure continuous delivery.
• Reactively work with our customer-facing teams on vendor-related customer escalations requiring routing-related remediation.
• Monitor and analyze the quality of existing routes (e.g., deliverability, completion, and latency) and customer traffic (e.g., restricted destinations, peak traffic) while keeping QoS on expected levels.
• Troubleshooting and working with suppliers on issues noticed related to latency or delivery.
• Responsible for the entire technical aspect of new suppliers onboarding, working closely with the NOC team and System team.
• Discover, test, and document features of providers and routes.
• Keep operator data up to date.
• Objectively define a baseline of routing-related processes and procurement procedures.
• Identify processes in need of optimization or automation, be able to build a lightweight business case to obtain management buy-in, and assist with the implementation.

Essential Requirements

• Higher education Computer Science degree or equivalent on-the-job experience required.
• At least one year of experience working in the SMS industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Comfort speaking with all levels of the organization and acting as a subject matter expert for messaging operations best practices, given industry requirements.
• Basic knowledge of query languages such as JQL, Kibana, or SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, and analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Interest in innovative technology or the software industry is a plus.
• Self-organized, initiative, proactive, and hands-on approach.
• Positive attitude and results-driven motivation.
• Ability to keep well organized and a desire to contribute to the ongoing maintenance of team-level documentation of process improvements.

About the role

As a Core Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving core infrastructure services, ensuring their operational stability, performance, and security. You will take ownership of specific technical areas, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a global IT environment.

• Standardizes project activities using CoE methodology, templates, and reporting
• Creates clear and up-to-date documentation, procedures, and internal communications
• Collaborates and exchanges knowledge with Center of Excellence peers
• Applies continuous improvement practices

Education & Experience

• University degree or equivalent professional knowledge
• Over 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
• International experience desirable
• Proficiency in Serbian and English

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help make our AI agent platform production-ready, secure, observable, and scalable. This role focuses on operating, automating, and hardening systems built by development teams, ensuring experimental AI capabilities are reliably delivered as enterprise-grade production services. You will work across platform engineering, infrastructure, and development teams to improve reliability, automation, and delivery speed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters running AI and cloud-native workloads
• Support productionization of AWS AgentCore-based systems
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for applications and platform services
• Build and improve automated deployment workflows across environments
• Implement and maintain observability systems (metrics, logs, traces)
• Define and enforce SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, alerting, incident response, postmortems
• Partner with development teams to ensure services are production-ready and operable
• Participate in on-call rotation and support incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Build infrastructure using Terraform for repeatable deployments
• Improve cost efficiency, performance, and reliability of the platform

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience operating or supporting AWS AgentCore or similar AI/agent platforms
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation
• Solid understanding of AWS identity and access management (IAM), including SSO/Identity Center, roles, policies, trust relationships, SCPs, and cross-account access patterns
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD
• Ability to quickly onboard into existing AWS environments and operate independently
• Experience working with on-call and incident management in production systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM or agent-based systems
• Running stateful workloads on Kubernetes (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, or knowledge systems
• Multi-region AWS architecture experience
• Cost optimization and capacity planning experience

Position Overview
As the Security Engineer you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security controls and platforms that protect the organization’s enterprise environments. This hands-on role transforms security architecture standards into operational capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, application, and data protection domains, supporting business operations, digital transformation initiatives, and overall cybersecurity resilience. The position partners closely with cybersecurity, IT, and engineering teams to ensure security solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Implement and support security solutions across cloud security, infrastructure security, data protection, application security/DevSecOps, and security platform engineering domains.
• Build, configure, integrate, and optimize security tools and controls to ensure operational effectiveness, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
• Support security architecture and risk review activities by providing technical expertise and implementing required security controls.
• Implement application security controls and DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain engineering baselines, hardening standards, and configuration benchmarks to improve consistency and reduce security risk.
• Automate security controls and processes using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering runbooks, and standards to support reliable operations and repeatable delivery.

• Promote consistent implementation of security controls and support governance processes related to approved exceptions and risk management.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or similar technical roles with hands-on implementation responsibilities.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating security controls in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable security solutions.
• Proficiency in multiple security domains, such as cloud security, infrastructure security, application security/DevSecOps, or data protection.
• Ability to communicate technical security requirements, risks, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and operational planning skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of security engineering best practices, secure configuration standards, infrastructure-as-code, security automation, and enterprise security controls.
• Understanding of how security controls integrate with monitoring, detection, incident response, and broader operational resilience objectives.
• Fluent English language skills.
