About The Role
We’re building a modern Platform Engineering team focused on creating self-service, scalable platforms that empower developers and accelerate delivery. This isn’t about “doing DevOps” for others; it’s about engineering resilient systems, improving developer experience, and enabling teams through automation and architecture.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and evolution of complex infrastructure projects that power our engineering teams and products. You’ll drive large-scale initiatives independently, mentor others, and shape the future of our platform strategy. Success isn’t measured by uptime alone; it’s about adoption, developer satisfaction, and reducing cognitive load.

• Architect and lead complex platform projects from design to deployment.
• Enable engineering teams with robust CI/CD capabilities through reusable patterns, automation, and security-first practices.
• Design scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and config management tools.
• Build and optimize cloud-native architectures across multiple cloud providers with cost efficiency in mind.
• Engineer containerized environments with advanced orchestration, networking, and security.
• Deliver internal platforms and self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and reduce friction.
• Implement observability stacks—metrics, logs, traces, and proactive alerting for reliability.
• Champion security and compliance across infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• Architect secure, scalable networking solutions for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, scripting, and tooling.
• Lead and mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and influence technical direction.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and plan for capacity at scale.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, and pipeline architecture.
• Mastery of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and config management (e.g., Ansible, Chef).
• Strong AWS architecture skills and cost optimisation strategies
• Advanced containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Proficiency in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Security-first mindset with hands-on experience in access control, encryption, and incident response.
• Solid networking knowledge - protocols, routing, firewalls, and cloud networking.
• Experience integrating and optimizing software delivery ecosystems (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins) as part of a cohesive platform strategy.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• A knack for solving hard problems and making systems better.

Tremend is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. Your Impact:

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of systems, networks, and applications
• Identify and analyze potential security vulnerabilities and risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Implementing and maintaining security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for possible security breaches and unauthorized access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
• Respond to and investigate security incidents to ensure timely incident response and resolution
• Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in one of the following: security engineer, network engineer, or DevOps background preferred
• Hands-on security experience: at least previous experience in designing and implementing security measures
• Proactive approach, analytical mindset, and willingness to own and drive topics with full autonomy
• Familiar with risk assessment and management methodologies
• Familiar with security audits, certifications, and/or compliance
• Experience in public cloud infrastructure security (Azure or GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Splunk or equivalent tools
• Experience in vulnerability management programs
• Experience in ethical hacking and penetration testing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in networking and Kubernetes is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help make our AI agent platform production-ready, secure, observable, and scalable. This role focuses on operating, automating, and hardening systems built by development teams, ensuring experimental AI capabilities are reliably delivered as enterprise-grade production services. You will work across platform engineering, infrastructure, and development teams to improve reliability, automation, and delivery speed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters running AI and cloud-native workloads
• Support productionization of AWS AgentCore-based systems
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for applications and platform services
• Build and improve automated deployment workflows across environments
• Implement and maintain observability systems (metrics, logs, traces)
• Define and enforce SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, alerting, incident response, postmortems
• Partner with development teams to ensure services are production-ready and operable
• Participate in on-call rotation and support incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Build infrastructure using Terraform for repeatable deployments
• Improve cost efficiency, performance, and reliability of the platform

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience operating or supporting AWS AgentCore or similar AI/agent platforms
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation
• Solid understanding of AWS identity and access management (IAM), including SSO/Identity Center, roles, policies, trust relationships, SCPs, and cross-account access patterns
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD
• Ability to quickly onboard into existing AWS environments and operate independently
• Experience working with on-call and incident management in production systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM or agent-based systems
• Running stateful workloads on Kubernetes (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, or knowledge systems
• Multi-region AWS architecture experience
• Cost optimization and capacity planning experience
