Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-end Software Engineer;
• Expert-level React and TypeScript development;
• Enterprise UI framework expertise (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar);
• Design system implementation and component library development;
• Responsive and mobile-first design (cross-device layouts and adaptive interfaces);
• Modern CSS architecture (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, styled-components, etc.);
• Strong visual design sense and UI/UX principles;
• API integration with .NET backend services (REST);
• Understanding of .NET API patterns and data contracts;
• AWS frontend infrastructure knowledge (CloudFront, S3, Amplify)

Responsibilities

• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development;
• Strong experience building and maintaining mobile applications using React Native and Expo;
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Backend, and Design
• Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across various screen sizes and device types;
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking;
• Support localization and multilingual functionality;
• Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and internal knowledge base.
