Senior Software Engineer (Python + Rust)

Yurt dışı projelerimizde görev alacak; özellikle Oracle PL/SQL ve Java teknolojilerinde derin tecrübeye sahip, bankacılık çözümlerimize değer katacak çalışma arkadaşları arıyoruz.

Teknik Uzmanlık ve Deneyim

• Oracle Odaklı Geliştirme: En az 5 yıl PL/SQL geliştirme tecrübesi ve Oracle Forms süreçlerinde uzmanlık.

• Java Teknolojileri: Minimum 5 yıl Java tabanlı projelerde aktif yazılım geliştirme deneyimi.

• BPM Araçları: IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) platformu üzerinde iş akışı tasarımı ve sürece dayalı geliştirme tecrübesi.

• Yazılım Ekosistemi: Kurumsal yönetim ve versiyon kontrol araçlarına (Jira, Git, TFS, ClearCase vb.) hâkimiyet.

• Güvenlik ve Standartlar: Güvenlik standartlarına uygun kod geliştirme ve teknik dokümantasyon yetkinliği.

Sektörel ve Proje Deneyimi

• Bankacılık Yazılımı: Bankacılık sektörü projelerinde uçtan uca yazılım geliştirme tecrübesi.

• Veri Ambarı: Tercihen Data Warehouse projelerinde görev almış olmak.

• Metodoloji: Tercihen Agile / Scrum metodolojileri ile çalışma deneyimi.

Genel Nitelikler

• Eğitim: Üniversitelerin dört yıllık mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun.

• Yabancı Dil: Yurt dışı ekipleriyle profesyonel düzeyde iletişim kurabilecek ileri seviyede İngilizce (konuşma ve yazışma).

About this job

OneSec is building a 3D-Foundation model, in one of the largest machine learning projects in the robotics industry. Using a dataset of more than 150 million images, and modern machine learning techniques, we are building a frontier-level foundation model for autonomous drone navigation.

Your job will consist of 2 main elements:

-Machine learning: Developing model architectures, tuning hyperparameters, working on GPU training infrastructure, etc.

-Dataset generation: Using open source AI models to generate pseudo labels for internet images, generating synthetic images using geometrical transformations, filtering datasets for valuable training data etc.

Requirements

-Strong expertise in deep learning

-Experience with computer vision and CNNs (resnets etc)

-Experience with Pytorch (and ideally CUDA, OpenCV, etc)

-General tech skills: Computer Infrastructure, image processing, etc.

Bankamızın Bilgi Teknolojileri Grubu bünyesinde Dönüşüm Yönetim departmanında çeşitli bankacılık uygulamalarında görevlendirilmek üzere “Dönüşüm Yönetimi Proje Sorumlusu” arıyoruz.

• Uluslararası projelerde çalışan yazılım geliştirme takımları içerisinde,
• Yurt dışındaki iş birimleri ve yazılım geliştirme ekipleri ile iş taleplerinin ve fonksiyonel gereksinimlerin karşılanmasına yönelik koordinasyonun sağlanması,
• İş talepleri doğrultusunda iş süreçleri tasarımı, fonksiyonel ve teknik analiz yapılması,
• Yeni nesil teknolojilerin, dijital kanalların ve yapay zeka destekli çözümlerin iş süreçlerine entegrasyon sürecini yönetmek, test etmek ve takibinin yapılması,
• İş birimleri ile IT yazılım ekipleri arasında köprü görevi görerek teknik gereksinimlerin iş odaklı ihtiyaçlarla uyumlu olmasının sağlanması,
• Kurum içi dönüşüm stratejilerine katkı sağlanması, değişim yönetimi süreçlerini kolaylaştırılması.

GENEL NİTELİKLER:

• Üniversitelerin Endüstri Mühendisliği, İşletme Mühendisliği, Matematik Mühendisliği, MIS, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği ve İstatistik veya benzeri bölümlerinden mezun,
