Your tasks

• You orchestrate the design and implementation of end-to-end commerce experiences, driving the development of cutting-edge storefront solutions and conducting in-depth assessments and effort estimations to align business needs with robust, scalable architectures
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, UX/UI, and Engineering) to create comprehensive architectural designs and solutions for storefronts
• You participate in discovery workshops, project kick-offs, client meetings, and other architecture-related activities, providing expert guidance and support for successful solution delivery
• You develop and deliver presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value of our solutions and showcase the technical feasibility of storefront designs
• You develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, staying informed about their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for further engagement and solution expansion
• You consult clients to create efficient, value-oriented employee processes to manage the composable storefront (e.g., Page Building across PXM, CMS, Commerce, and search capabilities)
• You contribute to the development of architectural best practices, whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership materials to support the sales and consulting teams
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in storefront and eCommerce architecture, continuously refining your skills and knowledge

Your skills

• You have solid experience in eCommerce architectures across B2B, B2C, and multi‑party environments, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and scalable storefront solutions
• You bring deep technical expertise in modern storefront technologies such as Commercetools, Adobe Commerce, or Shopify, and you have a strong understanding of headless commerce and API‑based integrations
• You are proficient in working with Netlify, Vercel, and hyperscaler platforms to operate and scale performant storefronts
• You have hands-on experience designing and implementing commerce solutions using Node.js, Next.js, React, and MACH‑based architectures
• You effectively leverage GenAI tools to increase productivity and continuously develop reusable assets as the technology evolves
• You demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities and understand how to design solutions that balance technical and business requirements effectively
• You work proactively and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail
• You are willing to travel as needed and are fluent in English (C1 level). Proficiency and ability to work in a dynamic, bilingual environment is a huge plus (German skills B2-level)

In this role, you’ll work with a talented team of digital designers in our growing office in Zagreb or Split, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients. Key Responsibilities

• Drive creativity and deliver excellence: As a lead designer for key accounts, you set the standard for design quality and ensure that every project is not only visually appealing but also strategically sound, delivered on time, and within budget.
• Strategic Collaboration: You will work closely with the UX Design Team and other leaders to further improve our capabilities and processes.

• A Proven Track Record: 6+ years of experience in a same or similar role and an impressive portfolio showcasing sophisticated experience design and a deep understanding of digital platforms, ideally gained within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Design System Nerd: You are an expert in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems that bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality.

As a FPGA Development Engineer (m/f), you will design, implement, and validate innovative products in an agile team, supporting them from concept to production launch.

Your Tasks

Our responsibilities encompass building a robust service network across Europe, including the Minor Asia region and the Balkans, providing technical support to customers and service providers, assisting the sales department with life cycle cost calculations, developing the spare parts business, and delivering comprehensive training programs. The core mission of the After Sales department is to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Technical Support Engineer
for Passenger Cars business to join our
After Sales team.
This role is crucial in providing technical service and support to our service providers and customers, contributing significantly to the success and efficiency of our after-sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Regional Technical Support: Provide timely technical solutions through the service portal, remote diagnostics, and onsite support in the Croatia and Slovenia market.
• Regular Regional Visits: Organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously enhance regional technical capabilities.
• Onsite Technical Training: Organize and conduct onsite technical training for new product launches, level training programs, and on-the-job training programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Fault Reporting: Collect and report information on typical fault tendencies, the latest and critical faults, and promote instant solutions to quality problem
• Technical Documentation: Develop and release technical notices and document typical technical repair cases.
• Special Event Management: Provide timely onsite support with quick solutions, conduct technical research and analysis according to stakeholder instructions, and respond instantly to special events.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in local language, English and Chinese Mandarin;
• Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
• Technical Background: NEV (New Energy Vehicle) technical background is preferable.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and to China.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
