The
Group Strategy unit
supports the definition, update, and execution of the Group's strategic directions, ensuring alignment across the Group and supporting top management and Board decision-making by:

  • Defining and updating the Group strategic plan and strategy blueprint, reflecting financial, macroeconomic, and competitive developments.
  • Analyzing sector trends and business opportunities, also through the construction of proprietary internal assets, to identify strategic priorities and key enablers.
  • Conducting strategy and portfolio reviews to balance profitability, growth, and sustainability.
  • Driving strategic alignment across the Group, acting as a partner to Insurance and Asset Management leadership.
  • Communicating the Group strategy internally and externally with Investor Relations, Group Communication, and HR.
  • Assessing strategic inorganic opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures.

The position requires:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of complex strategic workstreams, from problem framing to executive-ready delivery.
  • Operate with structured autonomy, translating ambiguity into clear analytical frameworks and recommendations.
  • Build reusable tools, frameworks, and knowledge assets that strengthen the team’s strategic intelligence over time.
  • Work effectively across Finance, Investor Relations, local strategy leaders, and Group functions, ensuring alignment and quality under demanding timelines.
  • Use AI and emerging technologies proactively to improve analytical depth, speed, and team effectiveness.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across seniority levels, from technical discussions to Board- and investor-level synthesis.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Contribute to and own specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process, from initial framing to final documentation.
  • Develop benchmarking, scenario, and ad-hoc analyses on strategically relevant topics, leveraging external data sources and proprietary Group assets.
  • Perform periodic strategic reviews and assessments of existing Business Units' strategies and market positioning.
  • Own the preparation of Board-level and investor-facing strategy materials, including Strategy Day, Investor Day, and quarterly Board updates.
  • Lead the industrial KPI monitoring cycle: track delivery of plan commitments, synthesize findings, and brief senior stakeholders on progress.

Requirements

  • MSc or equivalent academic background, ideally in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or related areas.
  • Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis, with the ability to break down complex strategic topics into clear workplans, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, value driver trees, benchmarking, and business case development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools considered a plus.
  • Solid understanding of insurance and financial services business models, market dynamics and profitability drivers
  • Ability to prepare clear, well-structured executive materials for senior management, Board, and investor-facing contexts.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions in analytical workflows.

Gross annual salary ranging between 56.000,00€ and 71.000,00€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.

Vos missions

Au sein des équipes d'IVIDATA Life Sciences et en collaboration avec nos clients issus des secteurs pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, vous interviendrez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée, en tant que
Lead Biostatisticien Clinique
pour :

  • Incarner le référent statistique unique auprès des équipes projet et participer activement aux réunions cliniques et stratégiques
  • Rédiger et valider les documents d'étude clés : synopsis, protocoles, plans d'analyse statistique (SAP), spécifications de randomisation et shells TFLs
  • Superviser les activités statistiques sous-traitées aux CROs, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes de qualité des données
  • Co-rédiger l'interprétation des résultats et définir les messages clés en lien étroit avec les équipes médicales et cliniques
  • Contribuer activement aux dossiers réglementaires (Module 2.5/2.7, CSR) et aux publications scientifiques en collaboration avec les Medical Writers
