About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

We’re building a
large and complex product ecosystem
that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern
checkout experience and customizable widgets
(each a standalone SPA),
donor, organization, and partner portals
,
admin tools
, and several internal apps.

Our backend is powered by
Node.js
(Koa, NestJS) and
MongoDB
. The frontend stack includes
Webpack, Vue.js, and React
, with nearly all code written in
TypeScript
. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use
Kafka
(for millions of events) and
Bull (Redis)
. Analytics data is stored in
ClickHouse
, and we use
Elasticsearch
for search.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About The Role
The best internal tools disappear — they just make everyone else faster. As our Tools Engineer, you'll build and maintain the automations, bots, and AI assistants that quietly remove routine work across the company. This is a generalist, fullstack-with-backend-bias role: you'll touch our project-management system, Slack and Telegram, and a growing set of AI-powered assistants, and you'll be trusted to decide how each problem should be solved. It's distinct from QA automation — your mandate is internal productivity, not test infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own internal automation for our project-management system (TargetProcess) — building custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations with other internal systems.
  • Design and ship bots for Slack and Telegram that carry out real work — creating tasks, delivering notifications, and answering routine requests.
  • Automate recurring operational processes — on-call/duty announcements, absence notices, reminders, and similar workflows that would otherwise need manual attention.
  • Build AI-powered assistants and agents that help employees get fast, accurate answers and complete routine tasks.
  • Build lightweight internal mini-projects that support company events and culture (for example, a prediction/betting site for New Year).
  • Document every solution you ship — what it does, how it works, and how to operate or extend it — so tools stay maintainable and don't depend on any one person.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including automation, bot development, and process automation
  • Fullstack capability with a clear backend bias
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
  • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or similar)
  • Experience with serverless platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or equivalent)
  • Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, and/or PostgreSQL — comfortable working across both relational and non-relational databases
  • Practical experience building bots for Slack and/or Telegram
  • Hands-on experience automating processes and integrating third-party APIs
  • Working knowledge of OpenAI/LLM APIs
  • Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and own outcomes without close supervision
  • Reliable in honouring commitments and agreements
  • English proficiency sufficient for daily written and verbal communication
  • Able to maintain strong availability/responsiveness during 12:00–18:00 CET, even on a flexible part-time schedule

Nice to Have

  • Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based systems

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • You'd rather build the tool that removes the work than do the work by hand
  • You're comfortable owning a wide, shifting surface of systems with no single "home stack"
  • You take documentation seriously — you write it so someone else could pick up your work tomorrow
  • You can be handed an ambiguous "this is annoying, fix it" problem and turn it into a shipped automation
  • You're reliable by default — if you commit to something, it happens
  • You like the flexibility of part-time contract work but don't use it as an excuse to be hard to reach
  • You're curious about AI tooling and treat it as a working part of your toolkit, not a side experiment

Compensation

  • $28 – $32 per hour, based on 10–20 hrs/week.
  • Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain. Exercise caution and ensure the authenticity of emails claiming to be from our company.

Apply on the employer's site

Role description

Job Description
Kiteworks helps organizations secure and govern sensitive content across their workflows, ensuring compliance and reducing risk.

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who loves solving problems, building automation, and making things run smoothly. You’ll join a small, collaborative team where every day brings something new, whether it’s improving pipelines, modernizing infrastructure, or experimenting with new tools.

This isn’t a role where you sit in one lane. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and security teams, unblock issues fast, and help us keep things moving. If you like variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Automate workflows
to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across build, release, and infrastructure tasks.
  • Manage cloud and container environments
, primarily AWS along with Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
to support smooth, fast releases and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and security teams
to troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving.
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives
, exploring new tools and approaches to improve our DevOps practices.
  • Maintain secure cloud environments
by enforcing access controls, monitoring, and configuration management aligned with ISO 27001 and data protection requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • A few years of experience (2–5 years)
in DevOps or software engineering, ideally in environments where automation and infrastructure as code are key.
  • Solid programming skills
    – Python is strongly preferred because most of our codebase uses it. Experience with other languages (e.g., Go, Bash, or similar) is welcome.

– You should be comfortable writing scripts and building tools—not just using off-the-shelf solutions.

– Ability to structure code for maintainability and scalability (object-oriented principles are a plus).

  • Comfort with Linux
    – You’ll work primarily in Linux environments, so strong command-line skills and troubleshooting ability are essential.
  • Cloud platform experience
    – AWS is our main platform, but Azure or GCP experience is acceptable. You should understand concepts like EC2, networking, IAM, and storage.
  • Familiarity with containers and CI/CD concepts
    – Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is important, as well as understanding how pipelines work (GitLab CI preferred).
  • Mindset matters
    – Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are key because we’re modernizing and evolving constantly

The Values That Define Us

  • Execution – We deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency. Our teams take initiative, solve challenges proactively, and continuously optimize how we work to create meaningful impact for our customers.
  • Transparency – We communicate openly and clearly, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions. We foster a culture of trust, welcome feedback, and embrace accountability in everything we do.
  • Integrity – We uphold the highest standards of honesty and responsibility. Our teams act ethically, consistently honor commitments, and build trust through principled, reliable actions.

Job Benefits

Your Workplace:
hybrid – work 3 days in our modern office and 2 days remote!

Your Equipment:
Mac or Microsoft – you work with the IT equipment of your choice.

Your Health:
Stay healthy with our additional health insurance. Stay fit with our Multisport card, subsidized 100% by Kiteworks.

On-site, stay hydrated, enjoy coffee, tea, snacks and the obligatory fruit basket twice a week. Have fun with our team events and parties. Shop with 200 BGN monthly in Food vouchers.

Your Extra:
Stay on top of your game with our competitive compensation package including stock options

Commitment to Equal Opportunity & Inclusion

Kiteworks is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, citizenship, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, immigration status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran or military status, race, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations and ordinances.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Kiteworks, customer, and/or government security screening requirements for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

DevOps Engineer

Performance Marketing Lead (Google Ads)

viktor.com

Remotefulltimelead

Apply on the employer's site

Role description

The Short Version

You own Google as a paid acquisition channel for Viktor. Search, Performance Max, YouTube, the full Google ad stack - strategy, keyword and audience structure, budget, performance. You've built this machine before, at scale. Now you build it again - with better tools, more budget discipline, and no legacy to work around.

What's Actually Going On Here

Viktor is an AI-native product growing fast. We're standing up paid acquisition as a serious discipline under the Head of Performance Marketing, and Google is one of the channels we believe in. You'll be the founding owner of it - end-to-end, no agency layer. You'll also manage the Google Specialist: you set the playbook and the bar, they run the account with you.

Day-1 operator. Day-180 architect of how Viktor runs Google, using AI tooling to compound your output.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own Google Ads end-to-end. Search campaign structure, keyword strategy, match-type discipline, negative keyword hygiene, PMax asset groups, YouTube where it earns its budget.
  • Run landing page and conversion path experiments alongside the ad work. Quality Score and post-click conversion are part of your job.
  • Set the experimentation cadence. Weekly tests with clear hypotheses, documented results, compounding learnings.
  • Own measurement and attribution. Enhanced conversions, offline conversion import, conversion modeling.
  • Build the keyword, audience, and asset library. The playbook compounds.
  • Manage the Google Specialist. Set direction, review the work, level them up.
  • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing on budget and prioritization. Push back when Google isn't the right channel for a goal.
  • Report weekly on spend, CAC, pipeline contribution. Numbers, not narrative.

The Bar

You'll be measured on pipeline and CAC from Google. Not on impression share, CTR, or campaign count. "I'd need a PPC specialist and a landing page team" is an instant no-hire. You're both.

How You'll Know It's Working

30 days: account audited, bad match types killed, conversion tracking clean, first experiments shipped. 90 days: Google is a predictable, scaling channel with a documented playbook and a hiring rubric for the next seat.

Who You Are

  • 4-8 years running paid search, with deep Google Ads experience for B2B SaaS or AI. Pipeline-accountable.
  • Direct media buyer at scale. You've worked directly on acquisition campaigns in the platform - not through an agency - with serious media spend ($1M+/month). You owned the spend and the outcome.
  • Attribution fluency. GA4 and pixel implementation, enhanced and offline conversions, server-side event optimization.
  • You think about the whole conversion path. Ad to landing page to signup to paying.
  • Documented experimentation practice. You can show the cadence and the wins from a prior role.
  • AI-native daily workflow. Claude and similar tools are core to how you work.
  • You've leveled people up before. You can take a sharp 1-2 year operator and make them dangerous.
  • You raise the bar. Your playbook becomes the house playbook.

Why This Role Is Different

  • No agency layer. You own the account.
  • The Head of Performance Marketing and the co-founders care about how Viktor grows. You'll have data; they'll have opinions. The good ideas win.
  • The product makes the work easier. The right buyer converts when they land. Your job is making sure the right buyer lands.

Even Better If

  • You've scaled paid search from zero at a Series A or B B2B SaaS.
  • You've worked on AI or PLG products.
  • You've owned landing page experimentation alongside the ad account.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.

Why Viktor

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.

This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.

That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.

Compensation

Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.

The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
