GBS Chevron Global Business Services (GBS), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting applications for the position of Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer. Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service and technical center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

The ServiceNow Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between the ServiceNow platform and enterprise OT systems.

This role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange, automating workflows, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations that support business and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Team to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external OT systems.
  • Build and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to: gather integration requirements define data flows and interfaces.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and failures.
  • Implement logging, alerting, and error handling mechanisms.
  • Support automation of workflows and business processes through integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
  • Strong experience with: REST / SOAP APIs JSON / XML data formats.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Understanding of: system integration patterns data transformation and mapping.
  • Familiarity with: authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, Agile teams.

Preferred / Nice To Have

  • Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as: Azure DevOps monitoring or ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in enterprise environments (Oil & Gas / OT is a plus).
  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD or equivalent).

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and employ Continuous Integration practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, configuration management automation, orchestrate infrastructure-as-code deployment, design, build and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Must have experience in PowerShell/Bash, configuration and provisioning of Azure Resources, Cloud-based development using Azure
  • Work in a team following Agile practices, work in close cooperation with client teams to develop solutions that drive value for client business
  • Consult and advise client stakeholders in your area of expertise
  • Resolve build/release failures, pipeline misconfigurations, and YAML debugging errors to ensure seamless continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Deploy and maintain Azure resources, manage environment provisioning, and utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates
  • Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), enforce security policies, and manage secrets across development environments.
  • Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to track performance and troubleshoot application crash logs.
  • Work alongside developers, QA, and IT teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and remove workflow blockers.

Essential Requirements

  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Azure Cloud services and infrastructure delivery models (IaaS, PaaS).
  • Operating Systems experience: Windows Server, Linux Server.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Practical expertise in building and maintaining Azure DevOps or similar pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Scripting & Automation (nice to have): Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and orchestration platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
