We are looking for a Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support and continuously improve the operation of the Omnivise Asset Management Application Suite in the cloud.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Support daily operations and incident handling in close collaboration with the operations team
  • Improve troubleshooting workflows and reduce time to detect and resolve issues
  • Manage deployments and patching across cloud environments
  • Enhance monitoring, alerting, and early warning systems using OpenSearch and OpenTelemetry to improve SLOs
  • Create deployment and incident reports
  • Drive improvements in platform stability, release efficiency, and operational maturity
  • Support and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized workloads
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement process improvements and platform enhancements

What You Bring

  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Cloud Operations
  • Strong knowledge of: Kubernetes and container platforms, Virtualization technologies, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Apache Kafka
  • Experience with monitoring and observability (OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry)
  • Solid understanding of incident management and cloud operations best practices
  • Experience in large-scale or customer-facing cloud environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams

You will be responsible for monitoring data flows, enforcing data protection policies, and supporting investigations related to data privacy. This role involves working closely with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure that SCOR's data handling practices align with internal policies and external regulations. Your contributions will be essential in safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust in SCOR's data governance framework.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Data Protection Monitoring:
    Monitor data exports via proxy, Defender alerts, USB, email, and O365 downloads by external users. Review reports and define action plans in collaboration with the Group Compliance team.
  • Data Protection Policy Implementation:
    Enforce data protection policies across systems, including site category blocking and O365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rule configuration.
  • O365 Data Discovery:
    Support eDiscovery investigations and reporting in response to legal, HR, or compliance requests.
  • O365 Privacy Monitoring:
    Track and report on personal data usage across O365 collaboration tools.
  • Data & Privacy Assessment:
    Review and validate SCOR's data confidentiality classification using sensitivity labeling and data classification tools. Identify and report discrepancies.

About The Job

The Dynamics 365 Developer will be part of Business Systems, Integration & Data team that uses problem-solving skills to design, implement, and support accounting and finance solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This role will be responsible for working with our Business Analyst and Functional consultants, to convert functional requirements into software solution using both out-of-the-box features as well as custom .NET/C# and X++ modules in D365. The Developer will spend most their time executing tasks related to delivery of customized features within the application, financial report creation, data synchronization from D365 to internal systems, and potential application integrations using various Azure application services (web services, restAPI) and Azure Integration services (API, logic apps, service bus). The position requires familiarity with D365 F&O software development and azure cloud and sql db.

  • Assist and provide input in planning, and scheduling application development.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
