Arhs Group is searching for a
Software/IT Architect
who will be instrumental in designing project architectures for the social security domain, with a primary focus on the Java ecosystem.

As a
Software Expert
, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and establish the comprehensive architecture for complex applications, encompassing both coding methodologies and the integration of various system components.

  • Design and define complex IT solutions potentially leveraging PaaS cloud services and cloud-native technologies

  • Perform white-boarding sessions and architectural reviews with customers

  • Run demos and PoCs

  • Produce quality documentation for solution designs

  • Operate simultaneously across multiple projects as well as assuming responsibility for the appropriate architecture

  • Collaborate with other teams such as account management, professional services, delivery teams

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields

  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in Software Architect positions and 7+ years of experience in development positions

  • Background in Software Development, Architecture and Systems Design or DevOps

  • Exposure to cloud-native technologies (Containers, Kubernetes, Serverless, NoSQL Databases, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Java programming language and/or scripting

  • Strong communication skills to work with various business stakeholders

  • Results-oriented, process-driven

  • Able to set and meet strict deadlines, to perform under pressure and deliver innovative results against highly challenging targets

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal

  • Keep abreast of new technology, developments and innovations

Key Tasks

  • Design & develop functionality based on existing coding standards or patterns
  • Write unit and integration tests for own code
  • Contribute to code reviews on code written by the team
  • Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle
  • Write clean Java code
  • Work with others as part of a self-organizing team to design, build, and run products and services hosted on premises and cloud.
  • Review and refactor existing code to improve our platform's reliability, robustness, performance, and operability.
  • Work within n agile setting and deliver value to the business incrementally in sprints.
  • Become part of a value-oriented culture ensuring the quality of products and services delivered by the team.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or related scientific/engineering field.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of Java.
  • 2+ years of software development experience using Java.
  • 2+ years of experience working in agile teams.
  • Experience in developing RESTful applications with Spring boot or related frameworks.
  • Experience in working with both relational (SQL, DDL, ACID) and non-relational databases.
  • Comfortable with Unix/Linux environments
  • Team Spirit
  • Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
  • Passionate about technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience developing in a microservices architecture using Docker containers.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will assist in the development, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development of cloud native solutions with modern, domain and event driven methodologies

  • Design & Development of Restful Web APIs with Microservice-based Architecture

  • Design & Development of scalable low latency distributed applications
