About This Role
We are seeking a software cost and technology specialist to join the Design to Cost team within Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C). This role focuses on end‑to‑end software and service cost analysis, supporting commercial decision‑making, supplier negotiations, and steering committee outcomes. You will work closely with Supply Chain Management and Group Technology stakeholders, translating technical software requirements into robust, bottom‑up cost models that drive transparency, efficiency, and value.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct end‑to‑end software and service should‑cost analyses by identifying, assessing, and modelling key cost drivers
  • Define and size software technical specifications, assessing requirement quality and maturity
  • Perform function point analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities
  • Build clean‑sheet cost models covering software delivery, testing, implementation, and nearshore or field‑based service support
  • Register savings opportunities, set cost‑reduction ambitions, and support steering committee decisions in tender processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert in supplier negotiations, working alongside Category Managers to achieve best‑in‑class commercial outcomes

Who You Are

  • Degree‑qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related discipline
  • Experienced in software functionality, application development concepts, and Agile delivery approaches
  • Technically fluent, with the ability to understand software architectures, cost drivers, and service delivery models without needing to code
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex technical topics to non‑technical audiences, including senior leaders
  • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic, with strong problem‑solving capability and a continuous‑improvement mindset

It would be an advantage to have experience in software testing and quality processes, clean‑sheet costing, function point analysis (e.g. COSMIC or IFPUG), cloud economics, FinOps principles, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, or technology consulting environments.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Experience:1+ years in software development
  • Backend Development: Proven experience with Java equivalent Object-Oriented language
  • Software Principles: Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code practice.
  • Language: Technical level of English proficiency
  • Experience working with AI tools and a good understanding of core AI concepts

What role will you play in our team

As a Network Security Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our network security infrastructure. You will combine operational excellence with engineering expertise to ensure a secure, resilient, and high-performing environment.

  • Proven experience in network security, including Cisco switching and routing
  • Solid troubleshooting skills combined with strong operational and engineering capabilities
  • Expertise in Fortinet firewall solutions, including design, deployment, and implementation

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer

Advantageous:

  • Experience with network automation and scripting tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Nautobot)

Your Role
As a Maintenance Engineer you will play a crucial role in coordinating the maintenance, troubleshooting and recondition of machines and equipment. Your practical attitude will definitely be your ally in implementing the suitable solutions you come up with. Moreover, you are expected to supervise and implement preventive actions and analyze its efficiency, while keeping contact with other teams for improvements.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Plan, organize, and document maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as with work and procedure instructions.
  • Support the installation of new machines and equipment by coordinating with infrastructures and logistics.
  • Set up and develop preventive maintenance actions to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.
  • Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Determine and supervise spare parts stock to ensure timely availability

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure continuous Collaborate in the commissioning of equipment on site, and continuously review and update maintenance work instructions.
  • Monitor the technical and aesthetic condition of equipment on the production floor (5S).
  • Develop equipment to ensure stable availability, and lead Greenline program projects from the MNT side.
  • Support the ZERO DEFECT philosophy, and ensure safe work execution, complying with relevant labor protection and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize costs related to maintenance activities.
  • Actively participate in the training of maintenance technicians, operators, and technologists on fully transferred equipment, and promote the development of maintenance technicians and maintenance shift leaders through professional training organization.
