About The Role

  • We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to build the technological backbone of our Computer Vision Team.
  • You act as the pipeline architect behind our systems, ensuring that gigantic amounts of image data are streamed, parallelized, and processed with maximum algorithmic speed and lowest possible latency.

The impact you will create:

  • Efficient Image Processing: You develop and optimize high-performance pipelines for processing large amounts of image data, specifically utilizing techniques for parallelization and asynchronous processing.
  • Core Backend Development: You design and implement future-proof backend modules according to strict principles of Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
  • Data Integration: You coordinate the smooth ingestion and flow of image streams and metadata into our storage and cloud infrastructure.
  • Business & Stakeholder Alignment: You are in regular exchange with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring complex business and performance goals are precisely translated into code.
  • Local Team Guidance & Mentoring: You act as a technical lead, helping to structurally build, guide, and mentor future mid- and junior-level engineers as our team grows.

Experience and skills you will need: (Must-Haves)

  • Python & Parallelization: Excellent programming skills in Python, with deep experience in parallel data processing and asynchronous workflows.
  • Architecture & Quality: You routinely apply "Clean Code" and "Clean Architecture" to build high-performance backend systems.
  • Infrastructure Basics: Good practical handling of Docker containers to integrate your modules into our Kubernetes environment.
  • Leadership Drive & Communication: Pronounced communication and collaboration strength. You have proven experience or a strong natural drive to mentor engineers, question processes, and guide a local technical team.

About The Role
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Growth Hub engineering team in Bulgaria. Our success has been driven by our ability to deliver elegant high-quality software on quick iterations, and we want to double-down on that.

Our tech stack includes Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, Redis, and a few other technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering our e-commerce workflows, ensuring consistency, performance, and correctness.
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features spanning across multiple services.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Debug and resolve production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
  • Review peer code to ensure correctness, performance, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
  • Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA engineers responsible for API and end-to-end test coverage.
  • Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers on backend fundamentals and system design.
  • Contribute to scalable, reliable, and maintainable system architecture.

What to bring

  • 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, preferably in cloud-based environments
  • Strong proficiency in at least one server-side technology, such as NodeJS, Express, or NestJS
  • Proficiency in React and modern React technologies such as Redux, React Hook Form, React-query or RTK Query
  • Proven experience with Cloud Computing platforms like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of software design principles, databases and data modelling
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production systems

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

In this role you will be using AWS serverless architecture, AWS CDK & Python to design, develop, test, secure & deploy services from planning to production.

The team works in full collaboration with security architects, product managers and other development teams.

  • Deliver E2E features and enhancements while keeping the highest quality and security standards
  • Practice all software development life cycle in agile oriented environment
  • Research and implement sophisticated Cyber security mechanisms

Qualifications

  • 10 years in the field of Software engineering at least 4+ years of experience in Python development

How Will You Stand Out From The Crowd

What You Will Do

  • Adherence to best practices, ensuring technical integrity, high delivery quality and long-term maintainability of solutions.

What You Will Need

  • Strong proficiency in Full-Stack software development with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Groovy.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5.
  • Understanding of data models and data services within SAP systems (especially CDS Views and OData services).
  • Experience with database design and data modeling, leveraging SAP HANA and/or other enterprise-grade databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or other).
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA Cloud with other enterprise systems and applications.
