As a Software Engineer in our Continuity team, you'll help build the technology that enables businesses to stay resilient when the unexpected happens. The team develops cloud-native disaster recovery and business continuity solutions that help MSPs and IT teams quickly recover from cyberattacks, outages, and infrastructure failures.
You'll work on large-scale engineering challenges across recovery automation, cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform reliability. From improving recovery experiences to enhancing the services that power our DRaaS offering, your work will directly help customers restore critical systems and keep their businesses running when it matters most.

What You'll Do
- Develop product features across multiple software layers and components, contributing to reliable, scalable Cove Data Protection functionality.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation, providing clear and meaningful feedback.
- Help define functional and non-functional requirements and turn them into valuable, usable, and testable user stories.
- Design and implement complex features with a focus on quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Support the codebase by writing and maintaining automated tests.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve customer-reported issues, contributing to root cause analysis and long-term prevention.
- Work on performance improvements, tuning, and hardening of existing functionality.
- Provide technical feedback on code and design, collaborate with other engineers, and help integrate components into a common solution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly with stakeholders and escalate when needed.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience developing commercial or enterprise software, ideally in complex or distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills in modern C++.
- Experience with Python or another scripting language.
- Understanding of multi-threading concepts and multi-process architecture.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system internals, including file systems, registry, event logs, boot sequence, and services.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security fundamentals.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM concepts.
- A quality-focused mindset, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable code and contribute to automated testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 17,325.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus
