Im Team System Management Services sind wir enabler für die hybride Cloud Plattform bestehend aus unserer private Cloud und der Public Cloud. Wir stellen entweder dem Endkunden oder den den internen Teams unsere Plattform zur Verfügung um darauf weitere Services aufzubauen.

• Du erstellst technische Konzepte, Dokumentationen und Servicebeschreibungen rund um unseren Service.

Was bringst du mit?

• Höhere Fachausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Uni, FH, HF) und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich DevOps mit Schwerpunkt Windows
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Scripting und Automatisierungstechnologien (Powershell/DSC, Ansible, Python und weitere)
• Sehr gute Erfahrung im Bereich Windows sowie grundlegende Erfahrung in Linux
• Erfahrung in Azure, Azure Arc und MS Defender sowie Grafana, Mimir und Splunk
• Selbständige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und über eine vernetzte, analytische und vorausschauende Denkweise verfügt
• Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch

The Role

• Architect cloud solutions in French and English for enterprise customers across migrations, modernization, AI, and intelligent commerce.
• Design and implement tailored cloud solutions, providing technical expertise throughout the customer's cloud journey.
• Create and lead solution designs addressing customer business outcomes (CBOs), ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.

• Demonstrated experience in Cloud or AI/ML solution design, including Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods (RCG), or Commerce industry vertical.
• French fluency (written and spoken) is essential for engaging customers.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures and algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computational Biology, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience with deep learning and agentic frameworks and developing in both Python and C++.
• Proven track record of carrying out quantitative data analysis and translating complex research ideas into concrete engineering features.
