Your Impact

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) with a primary skillset in Cloud & AI (Data Center) infrastructure solutions and secondary knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cyber-Security, Enterprise Networking, and Collaboration. The Solutions Engineer is a customer-focused technical sales professional who ensures that technical information and guidance is provided to the customer, delivering meaningful outcomes based on Cisco’s product and services portfolio.

First and foremost, you are a technologist; a technical leader and strategic partner to your account teams. You see industry trends, align to overall corporate strategies and initiatives, and are able to translate these into a clear plan for your customers. You always put the team first and are the embodiment of a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

You will partner with your account managers to help drive strategic deals in the midsize and above market for Cisco. These segments have a balance of a large customers, across commercial, service provider and public sector and is a dynamic and extremely fast-paced environment. You will often encounter challenges for which the rulebook doesn’t yet exist and your solutions will push the boundaries what the customers had thought possible. You will acts as a customer-focused technical sales professional who provides technical information and guidance in a dedicated manner. Directly accountable for specific business opportunities across the Cisco portfolio and across all architectures in a technology stack.

Including The Above, The You Will Perform The Following

• Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer and the Cisco account team.
• Leverage an array of Cisco technology, services, and support specialists when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with AEs in account planning activities.
• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation, creating demand.
• Work with key partners to scale and set a brand preference to Cisco.
• Align Cisco’s product and services capabilities to customers business drivers.

For This Position, We Need

• Previous technical pre-sales, technical support or solution deployment engineer experience of at least 3 years.
• Have proven experience in carrying and achieving large sales quotas.
• Some form of industry-relevant certifications are preferred and strongly encouraged
• Be a self-starter. Have strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess a problem and figure out an effective course of action with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making and technical sales strategy creation
• Business-level English and native or close to native Arabic and French speaker is desired. Willing to interact daily with multinational stakeholders in either language. Fluency in any additional widely spoken language in EMEAR is always a plus.
• Have strong knowledge in datacenter technologies like networking and computing is a must, desired CCNP/CCIE level knowledge. Secondary general knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cyber-Security, Enterprise Networking, and Collaboration.
• A degree in physical sciences, engineering or mathematics.
• You will need high emotional intelligence and a strong focus on soft-skills development.
• Can navigate between organizational levels, breaking silos binding people to work together.

Intenseye is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer based in our Istanbul office. In this role, you will be a key partner to account executives, driving the expansion of Intenseye's presence into Fortune 500 and other large enterprise companies across Turkey and the broader EMEA region. You will serve as a technical leader, interfacing directly with customers and partners throughout the sales process, overcoming technical objections, assisting with deployment designs, and providing technical support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be an independent, quick learner who can deliver impactful results while collaborating closely with a global, distributed team.
This role requires up to 40% travel to prospect and customer sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Become the subject matter expert on the full Intenseye product suite, articulating its value and benefits to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with AEs to run deep technical discovery with complex prospects.
• Configure demo environments that reflect prospect-specific workflows and integrations.
• Act as the technical expert during sales cycles, answering detailed questions about integrations, APIs, data flows, and product capabilities.
• Work with Product and Engineering to scope custom solutions or identify development needs.
• Build proof-of-concept deliverables and custom solutions that help win deals.
• Own and continuously evolve our Pre-Sales SE playbook, standardizing technical support and process across the sales cycle.
• Strategically address and overcome technical objections to secure successful outcomes for Intenseye.
• Effectively present the Intenseye solution to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to safety directors and operations managers. Train and educate partners, customers, and internal employees on the latest Intenseye product offerings.
• Close collaboration with the Implementation team is crucial to ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover of solution delivery details.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Sales Engineer with a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 or other large global enterprises.
• Communication: Fluency in Turkish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters to local and global stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field from an accredited university.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Networking including HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP, and Firewalls. Cloud & On-Prem (AWS, GCP, Azure), Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity / Data Privacy, Application Security, AI, Computer Vision, LLMs, IoT, Industrial Control Systems, Smart Devices, API integrations.
