In collaboration with the Tubes Web Automation team, this position is responsible for the implementation lifecycle of automated tests on multiple platforms. Responsibilities include Testcase requirement gathering, defect reporting, new Test implementation & maintenance of existing Test infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop new Automated Tests
  • Build reusable code and Testing tools, adhering to best practices
  • Convert the Test Cases into Automated Test Scripts
  • Help maintain existing tests and framework
  • Gain product and requirement knowledge via manual feature testing
  • Escalate defects found as bug reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with QA & Development team members

What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing using Java/Groovy /Python
  • 1-3 years of experience in Manual Software Quality Assurance
  • Experience with bug tracking software, such as Jira
  • Good understanding of Katalon, TestProject, Selenium
  • Good understanding of Mobile and Desktop browser testing & browser support
  • Experience with Git Repository Management Tools(Git Lab , Bitbucket etc)
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLabs)
  • Knowledge of multiple scripting or programming language
  • Experience with API Testing
  • Experience in Cross Browser Automation and Mobile Emulators (eg. BrowserStack)
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) including the ability to distill technical details into human terms

Nice to haves:

  • Demonstrated judgment reviewing and correcting AI-generated code
  • Evidence of having restructured workflows around AI, beyond occasional use
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents and automated workflows

What You 'll Build
You'll help shape how the bank evaluates, adapts, and optimizes LLM and SLM capabilities for enterprise use cases. You'll work on model selection, benchmarking, fine-tuning patterns, prompt and retrieval optimization, and cost-performance improvements across AI solutions, building the evaluation rigor and optimization patterns that improve reliability, safety, latency, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Model evaluation and benchmarking frameworks for LLM, SLM, and agentic AI use cases

  • Model selection recommendations based on accuracy, latency, cost, safety, explainability, and operational constraints

  • Fine-tuning, LoRA / PEFT, prompt optimization, and retrieval optimization experiments for priority business use cases

  • Distillation and model compression proof points where smaller or more efficient models can deliver sufficient performance

  • Evaluation datasets, test harnesses, golden-answer sets, and regression testing routines for AI applications

  • Observability dashboards and quality feedback loops covering model performance, hallucination risk, drift, cost, and user feedback

  • Target-state patterns for open-weight or self-hosted LLM adoption, including architecture, governance, and operational readiness consideration

What We Need

  • B.Sc. M.Sc. or equivalent experience in CS, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field

  • Strong Python skills, hands-on experience in ML/LLM engineering & production-grade AI experimentation

  • Good understanding of LLMs, SLMs, open-weight models, model families, context windows, token economics, latency, accuracy, and cost trade-offs

  • Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, test sets, quality metrics, regression testing, and human evaluation workflows

  • Hands-on exposure to fine-tuning, LoRA / PEFT, prompt optimization, retrieval optimization, or model adaptation techniques

  • Familiarity with RAG, GraphRAG, embeddings, vector search, retrieval quality improvement

  • Experience with MLflow, W&B, LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar experiment tracking and observability tools

  • Comfortable working with engineering teams to translate model insights into production-ready AI patterns

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, transformers, quantization, model compression, or distillation

  • Awareness of self-hosted / open-weight LLM architecture, deployment, monitoring, and governance considerations

As an
AI Foundational Model Specialist
, you will:

  • Develop, test and deploy Generative & Agentic AI applications, including agent-based workflows.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, drive prompting strategies (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought), fine-tuning and interact with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems.

  • Collaborate with other AI engineers and software developers to deploy AI models into cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Work with Data & AI Architects to create solid architecture of AI products.

  • Optimize AI application for performance and accuracy.

  • Coach and mentor Junior AI engineers to develop multiple components of the AI applications.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • B. Sc. and MSc. or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on programming experience in the field of AI, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related disciplines

  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

  • Experience working with Generative AI, Transformers, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs) as GPT, Bard or LLaMA, Image generative AI systems as DALL-E, Stable Diffusion or MidJourney

  • Experience with core Deep Learning & Generative AI principles, including fine-tuning, prompt-engineering, interacting with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems. Familiarization with computing infrastructure (i.e. GPU systems for training optimization) will be considered a plus

  • Knowledge of architecting/operating solutions built on the core technologies underlying LLMs and Generative AI applications (open-source, Azure Open AI, Amazon BedRock…)

  • Experience working with RESTful API and general microservice-oriented architectures.

  • Demonstrated commitment to learn about AI and continuously stay up-to-date on technology trends, through your own initiatives, online courses, competitions, or side projects

Preferred Qualifications

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a Senior Manager to serve as the AI Solution Architect and Presales Lead within our AI Strategy practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of AI expertise, solution design, and commercial development. You will be the primary point of contact for PwC Greece departments seeking to bring AI-powered solutions to their clients - translating ambiguous business needs into compelling, technically sound, and commercially viable AI propositions.

This role is the commercial engine of the AI Strategy practice, the person who turns opportunity into revenue by connecting AI capabilities to real client problems, fast.

  • Act as the cross-functional AI advisory hub: receive, qualify, and respond to AI-related client needs from all PwC Greece service lines (Tax, Assurance, Advisory, Deals, Consulting, Legal).
  • Co-design AI solutions at an architectural level- approach, technology stack, delivery model, and resource requirements for diverse client contexts.
  • Lead client-ready proposals, solution decks, and pricing models.
  • Present AI solutions to clients alongside originating department partners, demonstrating PwC’s full AI capability.
  • Build and manage the AI opportunity pipeline in collaboration with the Director, AI Strategy.
  • Develop solution templates, use case playbooks, and qualification frameworks that accelerate response time, informed by ongoing evaluation of AI vendor and cloud platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS).
  • Coordinate with the AI Delivery team on smooth handover of implementation projects, and contribute to thought leadership that positions PwC Greece as a leading AI advisory firm.
  • Mentor managers and senior associates within the practice, supporting their commercial development.

What You Bring Matters

  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Data Science.
  • 10-14 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in AI/digital/data strategy consulting, technology advisory, or AI solution architecture.
  • Proven presales, solution design, or “solutioning” experience in a consulting firm, technology company, or systems integrator.
  • Architectural-level command of AI/ML: GenAI/LLMs, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, intelligent automation, MLOps. You don’t need to code, but you need to know what’s feasible and how solutions are structured.
  • Existing network within the Greek or Southeast European enterprise market.
  • Familiarity with the EU AI Act and emerging AI regulations.
  • Track record of shaping and selling engagements in the €100K–€1M+ range.
  • Excellent executive presence- able to engage C-suite executives, department partners, and technical teams with equal effectiveness.
  • Working knowledge of major AI and cloud platforms and their respective capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred.
